It was big and spacious, very close to the airport but also close to everything else. The room has very good amenities from cups, plates, microwave, fridge, etc… Every morning you get breakfast.

Only thing it was missing was a small stove top. With a stove top it could really be a full kitchenette. There was also only one elevator working, so it was harder to get from one place to another. Some elevators were packed and others would take longer.

I wish our stay was longer but for the one night my husband and I stayed, we were welcomed from the moment we stepped into the lobby. Check in was smooth, our king suite was nice and spacious and clean. The a/c was comfortable and had hot water. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in a really long time, with the staff making sure we had everything we needed. There was cute little omelets, egg sandwiches and croissants, danishes, anything you could think of. When we requested the shuttle to the airport, the concierge wasted no time to get us accommodated. Again, I wish we could’ve extended our stay (had a short trip), but we now know where to stay next time we touchdown in West Palm!

The gym was great, especially the fact that it was open 24/7, The amount of storage in the room and the shelves allowed us to put our things up and not on the floor like other hotels we stayed at. The kitchenette was amazing, the fact that the fridge was big, and all the little details in the room (i.e dish soap and sponge, little pull out chair, a pull out dinette table on wheels... everything)

The only SMALL think we can think of is that the elevator door closes very quickly - can be problematic with kids

It has a very convenient location. It is near West Palm Beach airport, shopping malls, restaurants and the iThink Financial Amphitheatre. Our main reason to travel was to go to a concert at the Amphitheatre and the location was very convenient. The facilities were very good, breakfast was good. Our room was very spacious and it had one of the most complete kitchenette I've seen at a hotel. It had silverware, microwave, a nice refrigerator with fridge, a kitchen cabinet and sink. It was amazing. The pool is nice and we had fun at it. We would definitely love to stay there again.

This was a nice and clean hotel that I stayed in the staff members was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom. Everything was organized. The breakfast was good and delicious also. I have a good time staying at this hotel. Will definitely book this Hotel again.

I didn’t like the pool it was kinda clean but it have leaves inside the pool and plus it was really cold to get in I wish they have a heater so the water wouldn’t be cold.

The location was very good for what we needed it to be. The bed was very comfy to me, but my husband doesn't like them so soft. The breakfast was good - hot.

I didn't like that the internet was down - no fault of the properties (world wide failure) and that they had to walk everyone to their rooms each time. They still had a smile on their face while doing it.

The breakfast was very good and the location is very accessible and close to activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also grilled twice during our stay as grills are on the premises.

The noise level and barking dogs when trying to sleep.

The breakfast was great! It would be better if it was real sausage links or bacon and also maybe use a different waffle iron spray to keep the waffles from sticking every time.

The pool always seemed to have stuff floating in it and you always have to ask for towels because the racks are always empty.

The property was very nice and clean. Very spacious and pleasant. Great parking. The staff was exceptional. Very polite. Rob showed great hospitality as well as many of the other staff members.

The breakfast could have been better. Some of the food was burnt and a couple of the milk was spoiled. The women’s bathroom outside near the pool could have been cleaned better.

The room were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff went the extra mile to provide us a pack and play for our little one. The breakfast was delicious: they offered a variety of food including waffles, bagels, eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee/milk/tea and jam/nutella to spread. Definitely a must try!
