The staff was very nice when we checked in

Our stay was wonderful. My only complaint was that Even though we arrived after 10pm our room was not ready. We were traveling with young children who needed to go to bed so we accepted a king bed room instead of the two queen beds. Which meant our 4 year old had to sleep with us and my boys had to share the pull out couch. Our reservation was for 6 people but one other adult in our party did not end up coming to the hotel with us. But if she had then we would not have had enough sleeping spaces.

The hotel was pleasant and clean, met our needs and expectations, the beds were very comfortable and so was the general cleanliness. The staff was pleasant and helped as needed. Should I return to the area, I would definitely stay here again - it was exactly what we needed.

The breakfast could have been better. While there was a good selection of juices, fruits and coffee, the pastries weren't fresh and tasty enough.

The room was spacious with a clearly defined sitting area and a bed area. The bed was extremly comfortable. The AC in the room was easy to control. The TV was large with an excellent sharp picture - better than most hotels. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and keen to please. The breakfast buffet was very good, both in terms of item selection and quality.

For some strange reason, the sink unit was in the bedroom and not the bathroom. The water pressure from the shower was poor. This may have been due to us having a top floor room. The rooms are not serviced evey day which meant that the 3 sachets of coffee supplied were insufficient for our 2 night stay. Paying $27 per night to park our car,

The access to parking right outside the main entrance was very convenient. Our room was immaculate and up-to-date. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast included just made it very easy to start your day.

It would be nice if the hotel had lunch or quick grab sandwiches available. They offer Starbucks limited coffee and breads/ sweets. Would you be able to offer Starbucks sandwiches and snacks? It would also be convenient to have a micro wave in each room.

My room wasn’t cleaned during the day and I was told by the front desk that a daily clean had to be requested. Never had that in a hotel before , normally the room is cleaned and refreshed every day. I left at 6am and returns just before 11pm, was a little disappointed to find this out.

Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection! Location was awesome and very close to restaurants and malls. The staff was amazing and helpful with luggage ect.

Elevator was out so long waits with one working but they were very informative about repairs. complimentary

The breakfast was very nice with plenty of healthy choices such as fruits and oats, apple and orange juice.

The elevator seems to be broken again. My family was on the 5th floor and had to walk 5 flights of stairs. Prior reviews said the same thing 2 months earlier

Faculty was super nice, facilities were clean and the breakfast was great for being a free hotel breakfast!

Wish it had a pool, but definitely was not a deal breaker and still loved the stay. Close walk to the water

Liked the room, comfortable bed and sofa. The staff was great. Breakfast was also good. Hotel was very clean.

The bar wasn't open like it was supposed on Friday night at 6 pm. They do not have complimentary coffee during the day. No pool or even a jacuzzi. Price to park if staying there should be cheaper or free. No microwaves in room.

I don't like rooms where the vanity is outside the bathroom. I find it inconvenient when sharing a room with someone.
