I love the artwork on display and the fresh vibe. As soon as you walk in, the art pops, and the rest of the lobby is minimal and not fussy. The valet is great, and you can tip on the app, which, for me, was a huge plus. It helps to make tipping convenient and prevents you from having to scramble for cash or ask for a Venmo account. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room is clean and minimal. There is great lighting, although the bathroom could use a lighted vanity mirror. One important feature is that the shower is designed correctly. You can turn it on without getting doused by the shower because it is on the shower wall opposite the showerhead. It's the little things like that that score high ratings for me. The closet is open and has a large flat surface for an open suitcase, so it doesn't need to be on the bed or floor. I'd stay here again over other properties because of these features. Also, the restaurant food was excellent.

I had to use a hot spot to work because the wifi access kept asking me to join Hilton Honors. I did join, but I could not access the internet even though it looked like I was on wifi.

Location , amenities rooftop experience and pool with exceptions.

Pool was a bit on the green side first couple days last day looked much cleaner and clear. Pool party events need to be coordinated better, we were not able to swim first evening which was a disappointment since we just flew in and wanted to use pool that evening. Pool staff didn’t have same knowledge of what was going on or expected, they should know. Room was inconsistently cleaned. Beds made, but no new towels were placed out. Cleaner left a dirty cleaning towel in room.

The rooms were beautifully designed—stylish, comfortable, and incredibly clean. I especially loved the rooftop bar and pool, which offered stunning views of the city and a great spot to unwind. The location is also ideal—just steps from downtown, the waterfront, and tons of great restaurants.

The hotel exceeded our expectations related to cleanliness, accepting our pet's visit and the decor of the room itself. Conveniently located in downtown WPB.

The only negative aspect for us was that as a guest, one can only set the desired temperature in the room, BUT cannot increase the fan speed in the room. My wife and I are both hot sleepers, so we like the room to be cold if possible. We first set the temperature at 70 degrees and mid-way thru the night, I got up to lower it to the lowest possible setting of 65 because we were both awoken by the temperature in the room. Later we noticed that the temperature had been set to 65, but the fan speed never increased. We tried to manually increase the fan speed but the "restricted" message came up. This same restricted message came up for all AC functions other than increasing or decreasing the set temperature.

The Staff was so friendly and accommodating, from the front desk, the valet, and the waiter at bar. The waitress at breakfast was amazing and so was the young lady Bre at the check in desk. I did not get the names of the check in staff on the day of arrival but it was a white male and an African American female who was so nice and courteous which really made a difference in our day as we were in town for a funeral. Thank you!😊

The property was clean and staff was nice.

We rented a cabana and there are only three. We got to the cabana first in the morning. Went to the cabana whee we saw our name (the three of them are the same )and put all our stuff down at it. We were there over an hour before the other people who rented cabana came down. Apparently one of the gentlewoman had said that he had a particular cabana (the one we were in) and started making a stink about. He never said anything to us but eventually spoke to a staff member who then came and spoke to us and had of switch cabanas. Moral of the story the hotel should have “assigned numbers” for the cabana when you rent them That way someone can’t make a big deal about which one is theirs. You get what you get.

Room was big and clean. People were friendly . Pool at the roof is very nice, with Happy hour at 4.

Breakfast was a real disaster . 30 min of wait to receive nothing... Coffee machine was broken. And the only excsue that I get for the wait, was that the French toast that they do are very thick... Better to say nothing.

The food was excellent entertainment and ambiance on the roof top were very good. Both Steve and Ricardo were very pleasnt and accommodating, Well done Canopy for hiting such friendly front desk staff. I will be back!!!

Pretty much everything. The rooms was beautiful and clean, the staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good. A lot of local options to get around too like free bicycles and a trolly!

The noise level from the hallway and adjacent rooms was a bit high but the could’ve been situational as we stayed for a holiday weekend

Valet on check-out just didn't brought our car on the agreed time the night before but was also very slow and didn't help with our luggage. The young man was too busy with his mobile. A pity, we had an overall wonderful experience in the hotel. Nota: somebody smoked in our first room. After mentioning it to the welcome desk we were given in the next 5 minutes another room with apologies...
