A beautiful and charming place in a peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen in the main house was well epuipped, also with snacks and drinks ( hot and cold) that was available for us. The manager was helpful although she was absent except for welcoming us when we arrived. The maid was helpful to let us do laundry when I asked.

The common area in the main house was locked early in the evening the first night but after calling the manager we got in. The outdoor area outside our apartment and around the pool was not kept so clean. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking the last day when it was raining.

The whole property was gorgeous and felt so private and like its own little oasis within a sweet, quiet suburban neighborhood. The location was also great in that it was very close to fun things in West Palm Beach, but in its own nice and quiet place. The room was beautiful and full of such character! If there were other guests staying there at the same time as us across the 9-room property, we didn't know it because things were so quiet and peaceful. There was perfect landscaping and such beautiful, vibrant flowers! We had a lovely second-floor room with big, beautiful glass doors and curtains, and a fantastic patio area overlooking the pool. The bathroom had two sinks and was very spacious, and included such lovely toiletries and different sorts of towels. The small kitchenette area was lovely and helpful, with a fridge and freezer combo. The bed was simply incredible - so large and comfortable! The tv was wonderful as well, in a big beautiful furniture piece, and featuring many different sorts of channels and options. The property definitely lived up to what I would consider to be like a villa-style! The managing host was very responsive and proactive, and was available to help me via text before, and during our stay, which was incredibly helpful! The hotel cleaner was equally as wonderful and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with both of them in the mornings - during which they both helped prepare us some grab-and-go breakfast and coffee items as a delicious and unexpected bonus! We truly appreciate their hospitality! :)

The location was wonderful. Rebecca was very helpful. The space was very comfortable, gardens were beautiful, bed was cozy, shower was good. We asked the staff for a net to clean the pool with, shortly after a man came with a vacuum to clean it. We then realized that the wind kept blowing bits of plants into the pool so it was a futile task. Still, they were very cool about it and no one had an attitude with us for asking. The wind was intense while we were there so there wasn't much they could do, though they tried. The selection of breakfast/snacks was terrific and the main house was beautifully decorated. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will try to stay here again.

If the room had a broom and dustpan we could have cleaned up the back deck of our unit without bothering anyone.

I traveled because of a funeral. I didn't want to be in a hustle and busy location but I still needed access to food. It was walking distance to City Place which was a calming walk. The property and room was a healing/mending place for me. I was thankful to God for this location. To me the online pictures didn't do it justice. I would have liked to have stayed longer but this was emergency travel. I got it right selecting this place.

I didn't like the taste of the water provided in the room. They had refillable containers so it might have been just tap water.

Super lovely place to stay. Was business stay, but felt like vacation. Very nice area/location, super friendly and helpful staff. All done only digital, but super handy and easy. Late check in without any problem. A place I absolutely would recommend and book myself again. Thanks a lot :-)

There is nothing

Grandview was the perfect oasis for a much needed vacation. The garden was so lovely and well maintained. The suite had a calmness that enveloped you. The pool area was inviting as well. The quietness of the property was so relaxing. I felt worlds away from the hustle and bustle just blocks away. Old Florida at its best in a cute neighborhood walkable to cute eateries and shops. Claudia was available at a moments notice for any need and Irma kept everything in pristine order. A lovely conversation with Fabian, the owner, made it feel as if you were visiting friends. A definite gem...my go to place when a recharge is needed.

Not one thing

The landscaping is beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. The room was spacious

Needed a little bit of updating. Black out curtains, Wifi kept going in and out, toilet paper holder poorly installed.

Grandview Gardens is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and informative. The building it self is so unique with lots of things to see both into and outside. The location is a 10 plus if going to the Kravis Centre for a play or just looking for a great culinary experience. Would highly recommend this beautiful place.

love the historical features, the ambiance, and tranquility. Felt very private and restful. Beautiful rooms, including the common/living area. Gardens we’re beautifully maintained. Quaint little paths. I would definitely book again!

mango season was almost done so lots of spoiled mangoes on the ground ☹️ They should get someone to pick them so they don’t go to waste

Loved the King Suite Room and the Pool. We had it all to ourselves and it couldn't have been in a better location. It was quiet and allowed for easy access to restaurants, breweries, beaches and the airport. If you want quiet and to be away from the larger hotels this is the perfect lil' gem.

I did not have any issues. It was exactly what I wanted in a getaway spot.
