The pools accommodating families with kids was our favorite part. The accommodations met all of our needs. The staff was kind, warm, and caring. The resort was comfortable and exceptionally clean.

We wish there were more events or activities to watch/participate in. Perhaps karaoke, a comedian, or paint/sip. I would feel great to not need to leave the resort!

We loved the location and amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We appreciated that 4 beach chairs were included with our room. Our room was comfortable and clean and had a beautiful ocean view.

We would have liked a self park option for convenience as well as savings since it was pricey to park 2 cars for the length of our stay. We also think the tiki bar dining and seating could be updated.

rooms are very good and comfortable. pool and beach location nice. slide in the pool appreciated by the kids.

valet parking is a bit of a hassle and no option to self park. the all thing is a bit expensive as an add on cost at 37.50 a day. on top of that resort fees and room rate so there are a lot of hidden additional costs when coming to this hotel. overall service is too relaxed not very forthcoming with help in terms of luggage or concierge which doesn’t really serve a purpose there. overall feels like for the money paid service level should by higher. food and beverage is a low point of the property. really should be better. and it’s not easy to get deliveries in the area which gives you and opportunity to sell food. but it’s not good.

Facility was beautiful. Staff was friendly & helpful.we enjoyed the pools & the beach. Food was very good.

A few water issues with one of our rooms, but it was fixed during our stay. Valet was nice but kind of expensive when there are not other options.

The property was just beautiful! We loved that it was modern contemporary and classy. Our Suite was very well appointed, the view was just spectacular. The pools were awesome! All staff made us feel very special.

Location was great! Right on the beach. Staff was very friendly.. especially the lady that helps with getting you seats beach side.

People across the hall with four children were very noisy (ie yelling, banging on the door to let each other in, etc). We raised 3 children and they never were like that. Not your fault though.

I love the property!!! First time there and I will definitely be back . The kids loved the slide and the infinity pool perfect for a family . Rooms were absolutely gorgeous great view and super was amazing

really friendly staff, greeted with drinks and snacks on arrival. kids activities were super. overall very well organised and enjoyable.

I have frequented this hotel’s spa and beach many times over the years but this is the first time I’ve stayed here. I love the location, the staff was extremely courteous, food was great, spa is excellent, top drawer amenities and I like that it caters to families as well as adults. A very luxurious hotel with a laid back atmosphere.
