Front desk staff are very helpful

Embassy Suites is probably my favourite hotel! On this occasion we chose this hotel because it looks over the airport--the very helpful young man changed our room to corner suite to give us a view and checked us in early! Room 1409. I love their evening reception (complimentary drinks & snacks) and buffet breakfasts!

Couldn't have been better! (unless you could have kept Trump away because when Air Force One is at the airport they don't allow biz jets to land or take-off, and it is the plane-spotting we come for!

The friendliness of the staff was off the charts. They were kind, fun and engaging. During breakfast we noticed several special people working the dining room, young adults that are living their best lives with some challenges. It meant a lot to us, witnessing the integration of these special individuals into the workforce. Well done.

The parking lot and surrounding environs don't do the hotel justice. It appeared landscaping crews were working on the front entrance and other areas the day we were leaving.

Beautiful grand atrium where a complimentary evening reception is held; as well as a fantastic complimentary breakfast buffet is served, including made- to-order omelettes. The hotel was very clean in all areas; as well as the pool and deck. The room was spacious, had very comfortable beds and we appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are attending a concert at the ITHINK Amphitheater. Otherwise it is a short drive to the public beach and nice downtown shopping district.

The pool was clean and a perfect temperature for a 90 degree+ day - cool enough to get refreshed - not too warm. The negatives are a scalding hot, painted, concrete deck surface, little to no landscaping and the pool towels are on the small side and have seen better days. Time to buy some new pool towels =)

Yes,I was not happy with the lady service for happy hours. Plus, wouldn't give me both my drinks at the same time, while I was seat at the Bar. Plus another lady had a Booth on her feet and other friend had her ticket for happy hour and the waiter wouldn't give her the lady drink? Plus,the fire alarm and no one came back on the intercom to say false alarm etc. 10 floor

Long day Sunday and shuttle didn't pick us up from the Fire work event. Uber driver

This is my second stay, was just as great as the 1st stay. Hotel is 5 mins from the airport (PBI). Check in staff was friendly. I asked for a corner king and the lady at check upgraded the room without charging extra. Happy hour on Sat was good, 2 free drinks (there's a menu on the drinks) I'm pregnant and my husband doesn't drink alcohol so the bartender (very sweet lady) made us virgin drinks. The breakfast options were great, typicak continental breakfast with eggs, hashbrowns, waffle, bacon, pork sausage and fruits. There's also muffins, bagel and bread. There is a cook that does made to order omlettes. I was only here for the weekend.

There is a $5/night parking fee, this new as I didn't have this charge my last stay but wasn't an issue

The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the cover over the peephole. Water from the front desk is a nice touch

the light controls could have been better. I shouldn't have to walk into the living room area and almost to the front door to turn on or off the lights in that area. There should be a control near the bedroom space. The bathroom should be accessible from the bedroom. Not located near the entry door to the space. A bath mat would be appreciated, as when I stepped out of the shower, I slipped on the floor, and barely caught myself before hitting my head. Wet feet on polished stone floors is not a good choice.

Exterior of the hotel could use a pressure washing. Staff quite friendly. Made to order omelettes at breakfast were good.

Hotel was not in walking distance to any restaurants that I could tell. A lot of traffic around the hotel as well. The hotel’s parking lot smelled of urine upon arrival; it seemed to be a “hang-out” place as well.

Location was close to where I was doing business, breakfast was good & family enjoyed it. Our room (2 queen beds & sofa bed) was big enough for us all. Had a nice view on the higher floors. The waterfall by the entrance was very nice.

This would've been a 5 star for me but I'll give it a 3 The reason due to how one bed didn't have a bed sheets or comforter & I asked 3 times if they could please give us some, I even said I'll wait in the lobby for them but they said the guest runner will bring it but never got it after speaking 3 times to the front desk staff. I've worked in the resort hospitality industry for a while now & our guest runners (or even a front desk member) was able to bring a minor item like that to a guest room pretty quick, so I don't know what the issue was? If I'm ever in the area again for work I may give them another chance but the fact bed sheets that should've been already made on a bed was a struggle to be delivered is crazy.

Very nice clean suite. Desk staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a bit noisy at times but didn't effect our sleep. The lady that worked at breakfast was rude and not very helpful but the breakfast itself was very good and lots to choose from.
