The location was fine. Food at the restaurant was great and good value.

The a/c was very loud shutting on and off. The faucet in the bath tub needed to be fixed. I had to call on my first night to have my sheets changed as there was a stain on the fitted sheet. I had to have a few pillows changed as they had stains on them. I emailed the manager as she encouraged me to give her feedback, but she has yet to respond back or acknowledge. Being a Marriott, I expect better.

This hotel really felt like home. My wife and I want to say that all of the staff were so exceptional professional courtesy always asking if we needed anything. It was so nice to see that people in the customer service industry knew how to take care of us. I want to personally thank all the ladies who checked in my wife. The next time I have to get a room. I will definitely be there with you guys and recommend all my friends and family to come to you guys

The fact that I had to leave. No microwave. But I didn't need one because we was on our honeymoon.

I loved the smell of the building, the space was great and the rooms were comfortable.

I did not like the AC compressors inside the room. When the room was cold enough, the ac sounds like it's letting a ton of air out of a balloon. Startled my love ones a few times being inside the room. But soon prepared for the sound to come everytime the room got cold enough.

It was beyond all expectations. Very good hotel with a very confortable room, big bed and big toilet. The location was good, not possible to go to the city centre by foot bu the hotel offered us a car shuttle to there. We've been surprised positivetly.

Sometimes was difficult to talk to the staff because it was just one for all hotel most of times. Also, we had a little problem to go back from the city centre to the hotel because we couldnt ask the shuttle to pick us back because the hotel's staff were not able to answer the phone, just a little incovenient, we've got a uber instead.

The breakfast was very good. Good variety of items to choose from.

A man came up to me that was not a worker. Said he had a wife and kids that were going to be staying in there car. I should have looked into it more but I heard kids and I couldn't let them sleep in a car. So I had gotten him a room for the night. The next day he goes to the front desk and said I was paying for them to stay another night. Well I never said that. The woman at the front desk put it on my card. She talked to me later about it and said that charge would be taken off. As of today June 20 that is still a pending charge. I have almost over a thousand dollars worth of charges that I have know idea what there for. So I hope within a few days I'll see some of those charges taken off.

We were evacuating from a hurricane -the staff made us feel very welcome and they were very nice throughout the day and into the evening very empathetic and accommodating. And I especially loved it that we could bring our dogs! Oh and the food was excellent, very tasty.

I had to wait longer than normal for an available elevator

Hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Free shuttle to the airport which is only mins away.

Only two towels were provided in the room, so we had to ask for more and the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Airport location. Great Price. Very comfortable room, seemed newly renovated & nicely decorated. The desk staff and catering staff were terrific.

Place is in transition, I think to a Crown Plaza. Rooms were very nice, but the temporary public areas were not well set up. Too little attention to the temporary facilities. Food was good, but scarce. But! This explains the price. Would stay there again.

Frontdesk attendent was nice and the drinks were great, man!! they make a main "Long island ice tea". The room was very nice and comfortable. The property is well-kept, clean and quiet. Good parking."Loved it".

First morning breakfast was free, other mornings $16:00 per person so we did not eat at the hotel.

Very clean and modern with very helpful reception staff.

Room service wasn’t consistent as we were left without coffee and towels after cleaning. It was a little tricky to find.
