The apartment was very nicely accommodating. It had an essence of nostalgic grandeur. The smell of the hallway had a nice floral scent. It was an extra perk just to have a Publix situated right behind the building, and the beach was a couple of blocks over. I definitely plan on coming back in the near future. Not to mention, the owners emailed and kept in close communication to see if we were lacking anything. I truly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

No regular coffee pot. I didn't like the fact that there was not a 5 cup coffee pit in that gorgeous room. It's less than 12 bucks at Walmart.

The front desk staff was amazing - I have not been to a place before that had a staff look so happy to assist the public! Even though I did not use Valet Parking, they were awesome to watch do their job and super friendly and helpful with questions. The room had everything necessary and equipped with all things for beach time. The owners sent emails checking in on my stay and what to do at checkout. Will definitely look to stay again when I come back to West Palm 🌴

Very close coffee shop and restaurants, and Publix was a 2 minute walk! Amazing location for good eats and great coffee. The owners are great people kept us updated in advance if something was going on and was very good with communication. Everyone was extremely friendly and I mean everyone from the guests to the property staff. The room is very nice and the owners even provide lawn chairs and an umbrella for the beach. 11/10 all around.

Nope everything exceeded expectations

Very much appreciate the windows on two sides, good natural light, and low lighting for the room was easy to set before shabbos. Minimal noise from outside there being nothing above and at the end of the corridor. I had no use for the TV or any appliances. I have my own house ten miles away, but I prefer to stay walking distance to the synagogues for the holidays. This was a great option to imposing on friends. A PB hotel is not normally in my budget Very pleased that it was easy to stay observant for the holidays and shabbat.

I have nothing of any great importance to enter hare. I could not find the winder rods for two venetian blinds. The table had some surface deposits (possibly glue?) that could maybe be removed with a single edge razor. The bathroom sink drain opener needs securing. Easily fixed with handyman tools ( if I'd known I would have been happy to leave it fixed :) ) As I said, absolutely nothing to worry about. The room was excellent.

Convenient location with 7min walk to the beach, great facilities, friendly front desk. Room is nice and clean. There are beach towels, umbrellas, chairs available in the closet.

The room wasn’t very soundproof — we could clearly hear the TV and talking from the neighboring room in the first night. It wasn’t a big issue for us since we stayed up late, but if you’re a light sleeper or need to go to bed early, this might be something to consider.

Location was great - just 5 mins from the Breakers of Palm beach where the AIA Florida convention was held this summer. Room was impressive - I loved the Spanish tile accents and Mediterranean décor.

It is a great historic hotel, with a grand lobby and pool deck veranda spaces. Unfortunately the whole building seems to be undergoing renovations for water intrusion issues - so the building smells moldy still. It will take some time and special air scrubbers to remove the moldy smells. In the unit, I also noticed greenish mold spores on the living room window pane (those should be easily cleaned off though). Some mold remediation will most likely be needed after the whole building window replacement project is completed

We loved the "old Florida" style of the hotel/condo. The indoor gathering spaces were lovely, as was the veranda overlooking the pool. The room was small but exactly what we needed for three nights. AC unit kept the room nice and cool during this very hot summer. Bed was comfortable. Great shower! We love the plantation shutters on the windows. Having a fridge, coffee maker and microwave was a plus! The entire building was very clean. Some updates like replacing the carpet and ceiling tiles in the corridors would add to the charm of the building. Great location with lots of cafes and shops within walking distance, including the Publix across the street. I recommend Guilloud Frederic French Bakery just next door to the hotel entrance and Chik-Monk Coffee around the corner. Having valet parking is brilliant! We were there over Fourth of July and walked just two blocks to see a fabulous fireworks show on the intercoastal. Also, a short two block walk to the Atlantic Ocean for walks on the beach. The staff was friendly and cheerful. We loved this place and will likely try to book it again for future trips to Palm Beach.

We can't think of anything we disliked!

Fabulous historic building, and room 3214 was fabulously decorated with everything we could have wanted. Bath and beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs, concierge at the front to help organise day trips and taxis etc. 4 big windows let in loads of natural light, and the air con worked really well to quickly cool down the apartment, and it was on and cool when we arrived! Thank you for that.

The apartment door needs fixing - it’s tight/sticky and you need to put you shoulder into it, to open. The bathroom/shower recess was cleaned with heavy bleach, which stung our eyes and feet. There a bit of mould but it is an older place! The air con can be a bit noisy when the thermostat switches on/off but as it was so hot outside, I learned to ignore it!

This property was in the best location anyone can ask for. Lots of shopping, easy to get to and many restaurants around and within walk distance. The staff provide excellent customer service and the owners have wonderful communication. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and for the price this property exceeded my expectations.

The building is very old. There was a big mess in the hallway with a very strong mildew smell. Was not in our room so I was okay with it.

The property was in a wonderful location, just two blocks from the beach and walking distance from many of the spots we wanted to visit. Staff was very helpful. The pool was quiet and chairs always available during our stay. Lovely covered patio with lots of seating to sit and read or eat breakfast. The unit itself couldn’t have been nicer! So clean and great for two people! Property mgmt was quick to respond both before and during our stay. Nice plus to have Publix across the street!

There’s ongoing construction on the exterior of the property, but that did not affect our stay.
