Love the Marriott Hotel

The pool need to be clean and when I came in I had 2 Queen beds looks like the housekeeper didn’t turn the bathroom tubs of properly and I had to drain the tub myself the bed was not properly made up and the refrigerator the top part of the freezer was down but other than that the bed was comfortable and I slept very good and plus I love the 12 noon check out

I was greeted by a wonderful woman at the desk. I arrived earlier than check in but she made accommodations. She pointed me to a great lunch location within walking distance.

Location was good and staff friendly and helpful.

It seems like such a simple thing that way too many hotels can't seem to manage- keeping mold/mildew out of the bathroom caulking.

Super sweet and courteous staff. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean.

No kleenex or extra toilet paper in the room. This was a sold out hurricane 🌀 impacted, area hotel. So maybe they were a bit 🤔 short staffed. The staff that was there, were amazing 👏

The staff was very pleasant and accommodated us very well!

That there was a power outage and it effected their computers.

Facilities are clean, comfortable and quiet...

Had some confusion about the location between two properties and small repairs needed ( tub has surface damage)

Had to wait 1 hour to check in because the rooms were no cleaned yet.. the lady at the reception desk was very friendly and apologetic.. she offered me beverages while I had to wait. If not for her very friendly attitude I would have canceled my reservation and stay somewhere else.

The elevators could use some new carpet and some cleaning. The cover to the elevator button was missing when I tried the push to get an elevator to my floor.

it was very clean and modern. the bed was very soft.

I had a king size bed but they gave my standard sized pillows that were quite lumpy. Also, I had very loud neighbors. called the front desk and they took care of it for about an hour until the banging on the walls started. at that point I just gave up and tried to block it out.
