The location to and from the events that I needed to attend was in close proximity. We could walk to the Tanger Outlet to do our shopping. I love the location, so peaceful and quiet. whenever we visit again from New York. We'll definitely stay at LA Quinta. The staff was wonderful and pleasant. They attended to our needs.

The heat wasn't working in the room we booked, but we were placed in another room right away. We were comfortable and satified.

Hotel was good for our stay, we had 2 rooms as a family group and were given adjoining rooms as we requested. Fairly basic hotel, very clean and comfortable beds and the breakfast was quick and easy. Nice touch that the coffee machine at Breakfast is left on 24 hours, so we were able to get hot drinks when we returned late at night before tucking in. Only stayed for 3 nights, but would certainly recommend, and we will be back in a couple of years next time we are in the area. Ample free parking is also provided, and very friendly staff which is always appreciated.

We had no problems during our say, and there was nothing that we would complain about at all.

I thought it was less expensive than most places. I also thought it was clean and had nice towels. I did not find any bed bugs or fleas. It had both hot and cold water! The staff were friendly and polite.

I thought the room seemed slightly old (perhaps some paint would freshen it up). But if painting or similar improvements would increase the price, then I prefer it as-is. I was looking for a budget place to stay.

The location

The fact that I booked months in advance and when I get to the hotel they gave me a handicap room I had to call front desk and they gave me a hard time before changing my room and also the side door that we are allowed to use the overnight desk clerk locked it and told us to use the front door we weren't too happy about that and the lighting in the room is very poor and the fan in the bathroom very noisy.

It was much closer to the airport. They picked us up from the port as well! The staff was amazingly accommodating to us. It was like we were the only occupants! Especially the young lady who greeted us. I wish I could remember her name. I visited both LaQuinta places on this trip. Coming it was the one on Okeechobee & leaving it was this one. This location kicked the others ass!

Absolutely nothing!

I come here just about every six weeks. It's a nice value for your money, okay for business trips but not a 5 star hotel

When things aren't working correctly, they bounce you to a new room, but it seems that happens to me often. This time the first room smelled bad then the second room the TV did not work. No volume.

Property and room were well kept. Breakfast had all we needed.

The luggage rack was broken and unusable. The extra chair in the room was rickety. I could see the dowels that hold it together. It was not safe to sit in. I did report these two things to the desk.

The location was great, The room was fine, and I appreciated that they are a pet friendly hotel. For breakfast, the coffee was really good (but I am gluten free and diabetic so I can't eat muffins or waffles).

My entrance card to my room didn't work many times and I had to go down so they could reset it.

The property is well maintained, rooms are cleaned and the staff very friendly.

I did not like that shuttle service to the airport is limited to Monday to Friday until 5:pm, free shuttle service is free but I have to pay over $40 dollars for round trip from the airport to the hotel because of the shuttler service schedule.

I like the location it was very clean very convenient to stores Banks the staff was kind and friendly the hotel was very clean quiet all around very nice experience I would definitely stay there again

There was nothing about it that I didn't like I don't have any negatives so positives
