The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. Staff were available at all times and someone was always cleaning. The kitchen had all the necessities and allowed us to save money by making meals. The breakfast was a simple American breakfast. The location is steps from restaurants and CVS, across the street from Publix and more restaurants, and sidewalks and crosswalks make it safe to navigate. The beaches are a 10-20 minute drive depending on which you prefer. I actually prefer staying a bit of a drive from the beach because I feel the hotels are a better deal and we don't end up with sand in everything.

The kitchen had dishwasher detergent, but not dish soap. They had it available for purchase in the lobby, but I just walked to CVS and purchased a bottle.

The hotel is great, super clean and has a great location in Palm Beach Gardens. I have stayed here multiple times and it has always been a good experience.

In my last 2 visits, most of the staff has been very friendly and helpful, but I have had a bad experience when checking in late at night. The person at the front desk (same person both times) was not very polite nor helpful during our check in. We asked for hypoallergenic pillows and the lady at the front desk said "she had no time to get them for me because it was already late". I think overall it is a great place, but need to pay attention to this person at the front desk.

Excellent location, good hot breakfasts which was different every day. Very welcoming staff, from front desk to the housekeeping. A nice computer room also. We had a 2 queen suite. Daughters thought the beds were comfortable. I had the sofa sleeper, which was less than desirable. Other than the sofa sleeper, everything was great!

The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the very thin mattress.

Room was clean, modern room design including bathroom, large room, comfortable bed, hotel was quiet inside not hearing the road traffic, smooth check-out.

1. Management should already know. Try to check-in and describe yourself the experience with the front desk. If not knowing that I was in Jupiter, I would have headed out. Not a different welcome than a motel from shady areas of NJ/NYC. 2. Breakfast had everything unhealthy, too sweet, not even plain yogurt. Orange juice was tasteless sugary yellow water. Omelets though were very tasty. That's all what we could eat.

Room was very clean and exactly what we we were looking for. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Every morning had variety of items had eggs every day but cooked differently the other hot food was different every day. Shuttle service was very accommodating. Would stay here again if in area.

Pool was tucked super close to the hotel, so you couldn't tan and is very small. The hotel was expensive, over 500 a night, and they charged an additional 10 for parking, which was off-putting. Rooms are suites, but the price seems a little excessive.

Kathie at the front desk, made all the difference. I travel extensively and I appreciate when I meet someone like Kathie. she is courteous and helpful. she goes far over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I will be coming back, thanks to her. thank you Kathie

Location, parking free And the exceptional service of Mr. Wolf, who gave us his full attention and was very helpful. Congratulations to the hotel for hiring Mr. Wolf, for his extraordinary work, and may he remain active for many years!!

Shower and mattress too soft

We called earlier in the day to see if we could check in early, we spoke to Wolf who was extremely pleasant to work with, he assured me if a room became available, he would give me a call. When we got to the hotel, Wolf greeted us, and was super informative, our room still wasn’t ready, but he was accommodating and gave us a key card to access the pool. Within an hour of being here, we booked another stay three weeks out, Wolf was super kind and patient in helping us with that. Our experience with the entire staff was exceptional. Obviously we will be returning, and we cannot wait to do so. We are telling everyone thinking about coming to visit this area about this hotel!

Great hotel, great staff, very friendly - hotel is very clean and breakfast was amazing. Even offered happy hour food and drink upon check in!
