From the time we arrived until the time we departed the staff was OUTSTANDING. We were put into an "upgrade", which I guess meant a renovated room with a Southern view of the beach/ocean. The hotel is slowly and tastefully renovating. The restaurant and bar were absolutely amazing. If we lived locally we would frequent it for dinner. The guitar player by the pool/beach bar was very good. Although we were only there for a short time, it was very relaxing. We will definitely stay at this location again.

We did not get the bed that we requested but then again there are worse things in life to complain about. The resort used to have both self parking and valet. Now, you do not have a choice (valet only).

Room was better than expected with an excellent beach view. Restaurant food and service was excellent as well and overall the staff did a great job during our stay.

The only complaint was at checkout. There was an incorrect charge on our bill for spa services that we never used. I was assured by the front desk at check-out that this would be corrected but as of yet it has not been.

This was the third time staying at the hotel. It never disappoints me. Staff is always courteous and helpful. The food is great and we love the convenience of being close to the restaurants we like to visit along with the food at the hotel.

Great location on the beach in Jupiter. Close to the Jupiter inlet and Dubois park.

Small hotel so not too overwhelming. Great restaurant and amenities such as outdoor pool, beach chairs and umbrellas. There’s a nice tennis and pickle ball court too.

young hostesses at restaurant a bit rude. 3 girls standing there talking among themselves while people are waiting. while sitting outside with my gf having dinner at restaurant at nite. same three hostesses came out and turned all the lights off on the tables except for the one at our table never said hello never said why they were turning the lights off again they were rude but Michael our waiter was excellent excellent job he did. He recognized it and relit lights. another couple sat outside. They watched them sit and never put a light at their table. I went, got a light and I put it on the table for them. 

The location was convenient to all & within walking distance to park, Jupiter river walk, Dive Bar, Twisted Tuna & live music at double roads. The hotel room was beautiful with a part view of the ocean, very clean, spacious & comfortable. We enjoyed the pool & the beach, which was steps from the resort. From the time we checked in til we left the service was exceptional, including the restaurant, tiki bar, room service & valet parking. We will definitely return here!

We enjoy the ambience and the atmosphere of this beautiful place. Every day is an amazing experience! The ocean view as well as the helpful staff. The food is amazing too.

The daily parking should be included in our stay.

It had room service and the hotel had restaurant for meals..it was a little more expensive but it was worth it

It was expensive but overall it was very nice and compared to the other hotels I had stayed it was great

Pool experience somehow lacking. Didn’t care for the noise caused by the water arch fountain.

The location is outstanding. Staff is outstanding. I had a little issue with the booking and they stuffed me into a room with two double beds however the following morning they quickly changed over a newly occupied king suite and they moved me in. Jupiter Beach resort did everything they could. I stayed here a few times and it's always been very good. It's nice to have the free parking and to be able to walk to the white and come and go easily. It's a great place to stay if you're going to be in Jupiter!
