We sadly only stayed one night but found the room big, clean and very comfortable. Just a short walk took us to lovely scenery on the way to a restaurant "Dive Bar" - also very nice. Staff in the motel were super and friendly. The breakfast bar, is one of the best I've had in a similar lodging. There was a mix-up with my payment type. Apparently, "Booking.com" said my card had been cancelled - it was a "Virtual Card" and should have been fine. So, I'm not sure I'll get my 'Booking.com' discount - rather disappointing, as that really helps with the costs. However, I would gladly stay in "Best Western" again. Thank you, I was impressed.

Location is great if you are a boater, or just enjoy the view of the water. We went for a fishing trip and the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the boat ramp. They allowed us to park our boat there, and we felt very safe as they have lights and cameras in the parking lot. The hotel is a lil dated but we found it clean and cozy for the price! The breakfast was fair, but seems to fall in line with other hotels that were more expensive than this one. There is a great boardwalk that takes to along the water to some really good restaurants to eat. So basically all the extras surrounding the hotel out weighed the fact that the hotel needed a lil updating, but we would definitely stay there again!

Probably the breakfast but it was free and it tied us over until we could get somewhere to eat. Also their snack machines could have a better selection.

The location was excellent—perfect for walking around, and when I needed to explore farther out, Bill at the front desk recommended a local golf cart taxi service. His recommendation was spot on and made getting around both easy and enjoyable. I didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel since I was working in the area, but the time I did spend there was great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the shower was a pleasant surprise with excellent water pressure—I wasn’t expecting that! What really stood out, though, was the service. Bill at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I travel often for work and stay at hotels across the country, from Hiltons to Red Roof Inns and everything in between. Bill is by far the best front desk staff member I’ve come across in years. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming—he made the stay memorable.

They're actually was not a thing that I did not like about the hotel. Staff was fantastic breakfast was great the bed and pillows were all super comfy. Very very clean and the location was fabulous with a view of the intracoastal waterway and a long walkway you could go and walk to the marina. Definitely going to stay here again

The only thing I did not like is that I had to leave the hotel cuz I really love it there.

I am beyond thrilled with my experience here! Bill at the front desk was so funny, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We received coupons, menus, and tips about the area and all it had to offer. The room was always clean and we always had shampoo, soap, and other amenities. We loved being able to walk across the bridge in the inlet every day; it was beautiful and right in the backyard. The hotel is also a great location for all the restaurants, activities, and sight seeing around Jupiter. We'll definitely be back!

Front desk staff, especially Bill, were all courteous, with lots of good local info. We had a short stay so did not automatically get housekeeping though we could've requested it. I was fine with that, but we had to get extra towels from the front desk. Fantastic location on the Jupiter Riverwalk! Loved being able to walk along the water in the mornings. Close to Jupiter beach and Roger Dean stadium. This will definitely be at the top of our list if we come back for Spring Training.

Honestly the only issue I had was the shower curtain didn't stay put and we got water on the bathroom floor. But the room and bathroom were clean with nice, modern decor.

Everything. Couple of good restaurants in walking distance. You could get a coffee from the breakfast area whenever you wanted, although you could make it in your room of course. Spotlessly clean, and comfy bed made all the difference. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

The Hotel is situated near to marina and a long boardwalk where you can enjoy the weather and visinity

The internet was very irritating, dropping off all the time, staff blamed it on the provider, I think its true, poor service should be abonded and a new provider put in place

This is my favourite 3 star hotel in Jupiter include the price for a very rich area, lol….Really enjoy the walk & the sunset behind the hotel. It’s close to the beach too, which is why I choose BW Intracoastal! :)

The water pressure really needs fixing, also a microwave in the room would be helpful, please for long hair folks some more shampoo too, lol Thanks mucho!

The location was perfect. I was tired from driving all day. I went to the beach to relax for a while. It was a hop, skip, and a jump. The shower and bath was very pretty! Bed was comfy too!

Breakfast was kinda yucky. Things had been sitting out too long
