Staff was great and hard working. From cleaning, to the front desk to food service. Always greeted with smile and great attitude at fron desk. Rooms were very clean. . Like faux tile floors keeps it clean and good for allergies. Pool small bit clean and nice and had outdoor seating and towels plus near downtown walking path which brings you to stores and relaxing.

Rooms can use a little updating but overall very cleanJust didn't like quality of counters based on rest of hotel asthetic. Bed were a little hard.

Happy with most aspects of the room. The bed was perfect and I love the black out shades. The room stayed much darker than most hotels do. The staff was super helpful and the location was beautiful.

There was hair in the shower inside the room and the refrigerator was so cold everything froze. On Saturday evening a guest had vomited outside 3 times in the drive way/entry and i notified the front desk when it was noticed at about midnight and no one cleaned it up. I still saw the stains and vomit this morning when we checked out.

The staff was fantastic, and the room had all the comforts that I'd expect. Kayla at the reception desk was super and Daniel at the bar was great. The Housekeeping staff was excellent and we were very happy with every aspent of our stay.

There was nothing really outstanding that caught our attention as being bad or that needed change. The thermostat was a bit more difficult to regulate at first, but we eventually figured it out.

Nice place to stay, modern, good breakfast available

I parked in the main parking lot out front. That evening the sprinkler system came on and the next morning, the car was all spotted from whatever minerals or hardness is in the water. And I had just gotten a car wash. I assumed it would all wash off when I returned to my home destination but I was horrified that it did not. Some washed off but there are definite spots remaining. And this is a $100,000+ car. I will work it with the guy who details my car but I’m an unhappy camper and may be back to you.

Comfortable room and bed. Functional gym but very small and quite busy in the mornings. Breakfast was good but very repetitive and pricey. Regardless, ideal location for what we needed and a great stay

Gym needs to be bigger and upgraded, but still functional. Breakfast needs more variety.

Everything was good except too many fees for whatever you do on the premises way too many fees for small incidentals even for water ???

Located near the shops and restaurants. Very welcoming. Comfy beds. Lovely and clean. Good shower pressure

Breakfast buffet was very pricey and we didn’t particularly feel it was good value for money.

Breakfast was elegantly served with cloth napkins and tablecloths, an unexpected treat . The food was excellent, the bacon was crisp and the peppers and onions in the potatoes was delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Can’t think of anything I would complain about.

The location to the activities we planned was perfect. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind.
