The room was large in size and very clean. The beds were comfortable. My wife loved the 4 pillows (due to her having to sleep on 2pillows) which were comfortable and supportive to her. Also, we both liked the ability to control the temperature in the room, warmer at night & cooler during the day. The breakfast area was inviting and a variety of breakfast food was offered. The coffee was great! Enjoyed drinking our coffee out by the pool.

My wife would have preferred the bathroom sink area to be enclosed from the bed area, for privacy after showering and keeping the light from waking me. Also, there could have been more towel racks/hooks to hang wet towels, especially at the sink/ counter.

Almost all of the staff members were extremely friendly, which was so refreshing. I liked the comfort of the room, the comfort of the bed, etc.

The kitchen facilities were somewhat lacking. I was hoping you’d have a full-sized coffeemaker I could borrow, as well as a kitchen dishcloth, kitchen dish towel, a travel-sized bottle of dishwashing liquid, and either a kettle or some type of microwaveable container for making larger amounts of coffee or tea. Some plates and silverware would be nice too, although I understand why you wouldn’t keep that stored in the rooms.

Easy location off the highway. Easy check-in. Very nice staff. I liked the proximity to stores, local restaurants, and the highway. The beds were comfy. No issues with bugs or rodents. First floor access was very convenient. Breakfast was super convenient with a nice variety. I also appreciated the in-room fridge and microwave.

Toilet flusher was a recurring issue but was quickly fixed when I called. I prefer full service hotels with restaurants but this Comfort Inn was a nice option.

Convenient, comfortable, pleasant staff made the stay even better. Appreciate the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower, but especially the lotion dispenser by the sink. Make-up remover was a valuable product. Great job on the remodeling since our last visit!

Small detail, but prefer liquid bath soap to bar soap.

We were VERY disappointed that the pool could not be used . We stay there because of the pool and room. Wished we had known about the pool when we made reservations. We were told it was on line that the pool was closed but it was not

Very good options served from 6:30 to 9:3:0 am so no need to rush. Excellent air conditioning.

A comfortable chair to watch TV would have been nice and a "brighter" look to the room would have made it look more welcoming and cleaner.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was a good size. Even though we did not ask for the room to be straightened up while we were away, we came back to the beds being made each day. If we need a hotel again near our home we will use it again. The continental breakfast gave us many choices.

Great front desk customer service, breakfast was great and the suite was good.

There was a little mix up with our first night but the manager went above and beyond in correcting it and the rest of our stay was great!

Bathroom where small, breakfast host had a horrible attitude with guest. I think the cost to stay was a little expensive.

The breakfast area was kept very clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Even though the rooms are non-smoking, non smokers are exposed to smoke every where outside.
