No coffee filters. Even tho it’s understandably hard to get completely rid of the big water roaches, there was one in the bathroom.

The restaurant in the resort has an AMAZING Sunday brunch. I definitely recommend checking it out. It also has a great view of the sunset. The resort itself was pretty quiet. There is a dive bar on the main road that brings you to the resort called The Lazy Gator which is really good as well. The room was spacious and comfortable

This is NOT a beach resort. Their beach is a small strip - there is a private area next to the restaurant for guests, and then a small public beach area. It is on Tampa Bay - and I should have known there wasn't a lot of beach access because of the area. We also could not get the sound to work on the TV in our room.

The location was great. Friendly fun atmosphere with locals and travelers. The room itself was clean.

The room furniture was outdated and nothing matched it looked like they just took peices of furniture someone was going to throw away and placed it in the room. They dont provide pool towels. The dishes and silverware should be rewashed by guests because the spoons and forks were dirty. 4 adults really cannot stay here comfortably. Luckily it was only 2 of us because the other 2 adults made different accommodations.

The bathroom was very very small....the only table was marked up paint cracking...few holes in the wall from where either old pics was or missing pics....I thought it was a view of the water but it wasn't.....I guess the cleaners left dirty was cloth in sink..... no trash bags only yeah can was like bathroom trash can that held nothing hardly.....no broom to clean the floor thru out my stay.....

Love that it was very close to the beach and had a restaurant on site tiki bar, etc. the room was very nice. I did have one bad experience with a gentleman named Lorenzo that tried to proposition me and said he worked for the person I got the Airbnb from and he did not but they told me to call security so we got to take care of but he sent me nasty. I mean really vulgar nasty messages after he verified my phone number which I gave to him on accident knowing unknowing that he was not part ofthe deal. He made it seem like he was working there for the Airbnb. It was a little bit scary and frightening so I was a little bit shaken up and then.

There was a stalker. They are posing as an Airbnb person, and it really offended me, and he sent me really offensive pictures of himself naked I was abhor by this, but made the best of my vacation.

The location of the room was wonderful.

A little outdated. Advertised as an apartment with a kitchenette. It was more like a motel room with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The pictures on the web site showed an actual kitchen. The only chair in the room was stained terribly. It either needs replaced or reappolhstered. Freshly painted and other furnishings were nice. Mirror on closet was broken and needs replaced.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Little Harbor and Resort and it was truly a wonderful experience. The condo was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful sunset and bay view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and amenities like restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free Overall, I highly recommend The Little Harbor and Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway.

I recently stayed at this condo and I have to say, it was an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, the check in process was smooth and hassle-free. The Staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for comfortable stay. The condo itself is a peaceful haven. It is situated in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This allowed me to truly relax and unwind during my stay. The amenities provided, such as the swimming pool and beach access, added to the overall tranquility of the place. I also appreciated the fact that security is taken seriously here. The check in rule are strictly enforced for safety reason. While amenities may be closed at night, it gives me peace of mind knowing that the management prioritizes the safety of its guests. In conclusion, my experience at the little harbor and resort was exceptional. Cleanliness, ease of check in. I highly recommend it to anyone looking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Check in process through Booking.com was chaotic & time consuming. You have to text a photo of your license & credit card after confirmation to finalize the room; but no one could tell us where to text it to (Call center & online did not know) & it wasted about 4+ hours of my time. We did not get details until the afternoon of check-in day & we were not completely sure we had a room.

Beautiful location. great value, free bikes and kayaks on loan.

Bed was uncomfortable.
