This location is absolutely gorgeous! The host made accessing the property easy, responded to messages in a timely manner and was very nice. The amenities on property were great, it is a very quiet location with beautiful views. The room was clean, wifi worked well. While it is a little small, it was still very relaxing. I loved the decor as well.

My only complaint is that the light on the balcony was very bright, it made it hard to sleep unless we covered it up with a towel. I know this probably isn’t something the host can fix because there were lights outside of all units. It would’ve been nice if it had a switch or something. Overall though, the room was great!

The morning views on the water were amazing! Very quiet area. I loved the fact there was security around at all times. Gave me a piece of mind and safety with my daughter being with me. Owner was very responsive when needed. I would recommend to anyone I know. Can’t wait for our trip in December. I’ll definitely be coming back.

No breakfast. Loved both restaurants and bars. Loved the 2 for one Fish deal on Tuesday. Pool was nice although very warm. Good shower and toiletries. Loved the water view from balcony. Great for a 2 night stay.

High bacteria at beach. Two many extension cords seemed a little unsafe. Beds and pillows not vey comfortable, I thought price was a little high for what we got. They acted like laundry was in the kitchen. Could not cook anything although there were plenty of dishes but nowhere to wash them.

Pillows were flat. Room had a musty oder at check in. But got better as time went.lots of shampoo and lotion but no soap. Blding was dated. But nothing to keep me from staying again. Still liked over all.

The light on the deck stayed on all night which made it very bright when trying to sleep. After one night, we put a beach towel over it. We couldn't find a switch to turn it off and it appeared the same lights were on in all of the units.

I do have a question... we did put a $200. Refundable deposite down as well as the 3 night rate We left the room in peak condition as we found it and collected our refuse. Haven't received our deposit back as of yet .

I loved everything about this location. It's the perfect place to relax. The restaurants on location offer a great variety of food and Sunset grill has a great DJ playing Saturday nights. They have a security guard on the premise that makes sure guest are safe and are actually meant to be there. Everything is walking distance. Our host Lorraine was phenomenal. The apartment was pristine, very reliable with communication and really friendly. I highly recommend this place.

We used to live in Little Harbor and we love going back to visit! On-site restaurants and the beach!

My only concern was the cleaning fee. I know it’s required, but for $100, we shouldn’t have to take out the trash.

Beautiful view of the canal. dolnfins, pelequins and other wildlife. Overall, very peaceful.

Our studio condo didn't have a full kitchen.
