Rooms had nice setup and we were able to get early check-in on two of the three, one upon arrival and one soon after which was much appreciated. Christelle at the front desk was courteous and very helpful. Kitchen setup in the room was great, and a very important factor for me when traveling due to many dietary requirements. My family members enjoyed the subscription TV available. We loved being able to gather at tables in the lobby. Parking is reasonable. The fitness room was well set; would have liked to have an exercise ball. Evening wine bar was a nice touch.

Closet had need of wall repair. Fifth floor stairwell had paint tracked on the carpet due to recent painting. One of doors from patio area was not functioning. These are relatively minor, but worth remedying. Would have liked to know more about beaches and other places to visit that don't require, or have modest, admission fees.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. Amenities were nice, and to have the option of the pool available even though we didn't use it. Having the kitchenette and full fridge was also a great feature to have. Room was spacious, beds were comfy....Would definitely stay here again.

They don't automatically clean the room and when we requested service after our 2nd night, no one came so we had to get towels from the front desk after arriving back late at night. We didn't have coffee mugs in the room either even though we had a full size coffee maker. Overall some of the staff wasn't the friendliest. Just a smile when we walked by would be nice, just as I said hello and greeted them.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice swimming pool. We really appreciated the convenient parking right in front of the hotel and the generous breakfast. The location is also great — just a 15-minute walk to a lively street with plenty of restaurants.

There were a few downsides: the fridge in the room was a bit noisy, and there were no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. Fortunately, the front desk staff was extremely responsive and quickly resolved the issue.

Room was spacious, clean, had a large refrigerator and used Dove products for hand washing and shower. Pool and courtyard area was pleasant and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, thick cut bacon cooked perfectly, parfait station with fresh fruits including fresh mango. Waffle stations, corned beef, oatmeal, bagels and even chocolate chip scones. LaShaun was the staff on duty and she was pleasant and helpful. I will be back. Great place to stay to visit USF, it is right across the street from Tropicana Field. St. Petersburg offers free trolleys around the city and also a free bus to the beach.

Shower pressure could have been a little stronger. Water temp was fine but shower head only had water coming out the smaller part.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious with good climate control and a nice kitchenette. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location a little off the beaten path but close to downtown area if driving. Final bill was adjusted to compensate for a door lock problem.

Had trouble with door lock that took several attempts to finally fix. The staff was very helpful in resolving this problem but it was time consuming and frustrating. Pool area was nice but a little small. Nothing nearby to really walk to.

The breakfast was great. Alot of options and the staff kept the food stocked and the area cleaned.The bed was comfortable, the overall cleanliness was great and dishes were available in the suite.

There was a family reunion going on and a few kids were running down the hall making noise however someone seized that. My ice maker didn't work in the room. But in all fairness I didn't mentioned it because it wasn't a major factor.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Clean room, quiet. Shower “sang” at times but worked well. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Kudos to the kitchen crew! Pool area was adequate.

The outdoor pool area tables and chairs needed some cleaning. Lighting issues in the room, poor lighting in kitchen area. Light on microwave not working and light on desk not working. Lots of sirens at that location.

Check in was marvelous with Princess. Hope she moves up in management. She has the customer service skills down to a science. Daughter loved breakfast, food recommendations were also good for delivery. Uber to and from hotel from downtown was great and not expensive. Welcome bag was a nice surprise.

Nothing that comes to mind. Oh yes, Happy Hour every day would be much appreciated.

Easy to get too, check in staff and check out staff….. friendly, helpful and just amazing! For the life of me I can’t remove their names but we checked in feb 8th 5:00p and checked out 1:00 pm Feb 9th! Through our family’s tough time these amazing ladies made it less stressful and accommodating! You never know what someone’s story is or what they are going through!

Proximity to Tropicana Field for the Royal Rumble. Being able to park at the hotel. John at the front desk was WONDERFUL! In a time where good customer service seems to be the exception instead of the rule, John was the gold star standard! Even when his co-worker was so rude to him in front of us, John continued to be professional. He made us feel so welcomed! Thank you, John!

Expensive. Except for John, employees were not that friendly.
