we were missing the pool fob, guest before took it tho, so not the owners problem, actually they offered a later checkout so i could grab the pool fob from them and enjoy the day. they also gave a me a couple nice places to fish. only problem is the price/cleaning fee, but understandable for the location.

Well appointed room with anything we could need, including kitchen utensils/cookware, pool towels, and snacks. Fantastic location. Very responsive host. Parking was perfect.

There appears to be no elevator access. The entry is accessible only from a narrow stairway and hallway. The building appears to be an old converted hotel. Hallway smells of smoke and mildew. None of these things pertained to the room itself.

Right by the bay made a perfect serene place. No through traffic. Check in and signage was confusing.

The stairs, hallway seemed tired and dingy and had an “old smell”.

The room was clean and had a great view of the bay and pool. Seen dolphins and manatees swimming from the balcony.

There wasn't anything I didn't like!

The room was perfect for my visiting family. The view couldn’t be beat and it was close to everything we needed. Would highly recommend

I loved the room. It is beautiful and exceptionally cared for. I love the little things that Nicola did! Snacks, coffee, extra blankets and towels. Just wonderful!

Very clean and homey! Beds were amazing!

Found it kinda crazy being checked on so much at the pool by staff. But all in all it was ok

Was a very nice stay. Very clean and owner very nice and help with any questions, and the view was beautiful.
