The room was nice and clean. Due to renovations I was asked to be rebooked to a smaller room (originally I had booked an apartment). Despite my fears my room still featured a fridge, a microwave, and a large bath room. The furniture must have been overhauled not too long ago and now has a modern style. The bed was nice although as some of my predecessors wrote a bit soft but fine for me. Also the wifi was totally fine. Check in and check out were really easy. And as a bonus I could watch a rocket launch (at least the ascent) directly in front of my door.

Room was very comfortable, AC worked fantastic even in this crazy heat. Bathroom was really nice and hot water works great.

Could have been cleaned a little better. Floors need to be mopped and microwave wasn't cleaned. Need blackout curtains in the bedroom. Could also use an end table lamp in the living area as there is only ceiling lighting that is really bright in there. Would also be nice to have more pots that are different sizes so guests can cook without bringing their own.

This precious motel is clean, well kept and just perfect for a weekend getaway to the Space Coast. Rooms were cool and comfy and the bathroom was brand new! The owner pays attention to detail and their contactless check-in was easy and convenient. At first I was nervous because of location and low cost but once I saw the property in person, my anxieties were at ease. Hopefully we can stay here again on our next adventure.

There is a bar next door that can be kind of loud at night, BUT the motel owners have provided sound machines in the rooms to help mitigate the nuisance.

The on-site mananger, Kay, was very friendly and helpful. She made check-in/check-out very easy. We needed 4 rooms close together, and they made sure the accomodations were near each other. The hotel is older; however, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

There was a bar next to the accomodations that was a little loud (it was a Friday night, so that is to be expected,) but that is not something that the management can control.

Great location. Easy parking. Quiet inside even though it is close to the road. Nice setup with the kitchen. We only stayed one night but it would be great for an extended stay also.

The couches did double duty for sleeping which by nature makes them a bit uncomfortable, but not unreasonably so. Definitely not a reason to bypass this place. I would definitely stay here again!

It was run by a nice couple, not a large corporation. The room was simple but clean. The bed was fairly comfortable and I slept well. There is wifi and a tv in the room. Compared to luxery hotels, this is Spartan but it is clean, with a fair price. I would stay there again if I am in the area in the future.

Very friendly and helpful owner. The room we had was super clean and as a couple it was the perfect size. We had a very comfortable stay for four nights at a really reasonable price. We came in from Illinois for a wedding and we were within five to twenty minutes away from each one of our kids. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay again.

The room was surprisingly very clean, updated and nice. It’s not the Hilton but it was very worth the money.

I’m not sure there’s anything I didn’t like. You have to understand the location when you rent the room. Restaurants were within 10-15 minutes drive. There’s a bar next door if you want an adult beverage.

Found the contactless check-in a bit strange - there was no-one around and everything was done via text message

I loved that it was equipped with a full kitchen and dining area it was very accommodating for my family to be able to have space and cook and feed my family vrs. Eating out and spending money that I didn't have.

Felt it could have been a little cleaner.
