I was there because of the local power outage from Hurricane Milton. Catelyn at the front desk helped me arrange for my family to arrive, was there when I arrived (remembering our phone call) and assisted me multiple times throughout my 1 night stay. Another agent supplied me with dishes that evening with a smile and offered more help if I needed it. They were amazing!! Afterwards, Tiffany assisted me multiple times with my early check out/refund. She was so helpful and I'd love to stay again just for this team.

I booked through Booking.com and my early check out caused many issues with communication. The property was great but my problems came from booking.com correspondence!

Clean efficient, affordable and comfortable. I would consider it a 5 star hotel with 3star cost. Of course booking through Booking.com made it even more affordable. I’d recommend it to anyone especially if you are staying just one night for a cruise and even if you’re coming down to Florida to see Kennedy Space Center and even going to the beach.

It’s very hard to find the place especially at night. Google maps doesn’t recognize the location and takes you to 4735 instead of 4835. Just know that it’s located behind the Durango’s Steakhouse.

Breakfast at least had basic essentials, coffee, yoghurt , breakfast bars, boiled packaged eggs . Both rooms with king size bed were spacious, had full size fridge etc. kitchenette . Bed was comfortable.

Not enough seating in small breakfast area, only 3 or 4 stools, actually it is more set up for grab and go. No coffee available in rooms, must go down to breakfast area. Cleaner smell in lobby area was too strong scented, would prefer a neutral. $100 per room deposit extra on check-in, is refunded back on check, out but is tedious process .

I had a room with a lot of space, everything was clean and in good condition. Kitchen equipment has to be requested at the reception, but that is no problem at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great price value ratio!

They did not even take the trash out of the room. That was probably expected, or part of the deal, but it surprised me and is a slight inconvenience, if you stay here for leisure. But that is the only bad thing I can say, and as said: That is probably expected, and I just over read it.

The staff was courteous and helpful. They called to tell us the elevator was broken and William helped us get a first floor room as we have knee problems. The staff had to do extra by climbing stairs all week but everyone was friendly and didn’t seem to be frustrated by the elevator issue.

Great location for us and the staff was exceptional! Very clean and the room was huge with great amenities. What a wonderful place to stay when visiting Kennedy space center!

The room was a little humid which we couldn't figure out why. AC was working but for some reason the room was super humid. As well as the bed was a bit hard. I do have a bad back so it's tricky with any hotel beds. But these are just nitpicking because there wasn't really anything major that we didn't like.

we liked the fact that they have a kitchen in the rooms so you could do your own thing and didn't have to eat out all the time and they had a continental breakfast in the morning

They could do with a couple of comfy chairs in the room there was only one in the room and we are a couple so one person is sitting on a hard seat

Convenience of the suite/kitchen for a longer stay. The staff members were exceptional. Gemel and Matthew helped us with our needs and were concerned with our comfort and satisfaction.

I used the gym most mornings and saw the same dirty towels and water bottles. I don't think it had been cleaned. Also there should be sanitizer and wipes clearly available there for certain.

The staff was very courteous from front desk to housekeeping. I've never stayed in a room that was so clean..very accommodating. My husband has COPD and cannot lay down. We needed a bigger chair that reclined. They were quick to bring in a recliner for him..no excuses..

I guess the 100.00 dollar deposit incurred at check in. It will be returned in 2 to 3 business days after check out.

That it was very clean, it smelled good. Employee's were friendly and helpful.

They gave me an opportunity to pick up my check-in time. I chose 11a.m. because I was coming from out of town and I wanted to shower beforehand. When I tried to check-in at 12 I was told it was 3p.m. when I could check-in, so I went to the event without bathing😔
