For 50$ u can’t complain nice staff and friendly environment not to mention how close stores are in the area it’s not close to a 5 start hotel but it’s does it job

Not to complain but when I opened the bathroom I felt like i interrupted a meeting between the cockroaches in the sink they gathered around the bottom of the sink before I rudely barged in. Also the sheets were dirty and stained but I came prepared with my own sheet from Walmart If you don’t mind being besties with the roaches and respect there boundaries as roommates they won’t crawl on you in ur sleep:) Overall not too bad 7.8/10 Iv stayed at far worse places in Miami with aggressive/rude roaches/bed bugs and rooms that reek of cigarettes

The staff was very sweet and came when we needed assistance with our cable. It was clean in the room. The security guard is nice to have but also a little eerie that they must be so armed.

However, our room had cracks in the wall by the air unit, the carpet lining was coming off the wall, cable service was definitely a let down, and the ceiling tiles appeared like they would pop out. The hallway carpets were nasty looking, and it smelled like weed most nights we were there. There was a person going around messing with the door knobs which scared me and my kids for our safety.

There was no breakfast. Just coffee . There is alot of choices of fast food restaurant near. By and two grocery stores. The staff are very nice and do their best to make sure your comfortable. The place is very clean. The security guards at night were very nice and seen making rounds hourly....very comforting

Carpets in main hall need cleaned.

The hotel is under new ownership. The staff and owner are working hard fixing up the hotel, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. If you have a problem with your room, DO NOT Hesitate to contact the hotel staff. They work hard to accommodate. The staff really is amazing.

The non-staff people in the area can be lowlifes.

Price Location Better than the quality inn across the street

Limited towels Signs posted saying they have been fully booked for over a month and seeing an empty parking lot. Charging extra for early check-in even though the hotel was empty. My feet were filthy from Limited barefoot walking on carpet Bedding had stains And other things....

All but... NO HOT WATER.. Was NOT informed until I asked last day 17th of stay..waiting on parts.. OKAY... $50+ dollars a night... Can't figure that one out yet.. NO SUPRISE .. 👎 MOVE THIS MESSAGE TO " WHAT I DIDNT LIKE" BLOCK BELOW

The price is the best. I really liked getting bumped up to a suite when they overbooked. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I couldn't find any movie channels but that's not a big deal. There could have been more waste baskets in the suite. Not really any major complaints.

The temperature of the room and the quietness

The night shift security guard followed me to my room and stood at my door and waited for me to go in, it made me feel really uncomfortable. Shortly after he seen me outside and continuously questioned me about what room was I in.

The room was big, and had good air-conditioning. The refrigerator could hold a gallon of water, a big lemonade, and a bucket of chicken with sides. No one bothered us for the whole two days.

The mat inside the tub was stained. Great, hot coffee, but no pastries.

I like the location, the staff was very friendly, the room was very big and clean. There was no smoke odors anywhere.

To have include breakfast for the price. The wifi never worked for me, even the front staff lady tried to helped to connect it
