The staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure that we could check in at 10:00 a.m. after traveling for 26 hours with our children. The rooms were clean and comfortable everything was clean.

The only downside to this location was a swimming pool it hasn't been maintained properly it needs to be shocked you can smell the bacteria of wet dog growing in it.

The sofa bed in the room was pretty beat up. I asked for additional sheets and towels to cover the top. Once you opened it, it had holes and worn spots.

We paid for breakfast at Check-in. However, we were expecting breakfast to be rather expedient when we went down at 8:00. The waitress took about 10 minutes before coming to our table 😔. However, it was going to take another 20+ minutes to prepare breakfast. We didn't have time for that. We had an engagement in Daytona Beach. In retrospect, we probably should have go down much sooner. We would appreciate our money returned to us since we never ate breakfast at the hotel. Room 223 and 224 on 5/17/2025. -Eddie Tubbs

I liked the fact it was located where I needed to be. It was not a new facility but that was ok. It was clean,very important. Mostly I liked the staff! Very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

The fact I requested a smoking room and it turned out to be a non-smoking facility. Not for me, but for my brother who I had gone there to see.

Everywhere was clean.

The bathroom. We had a handicap bathroom. The drain for the shower was in the middle of the bathroom with not enough slant so there was standing water in the middle of the night in the bathroom. That was dangerous and wet and slippery for a very tired guest like me

Front desk host Rose was wonderful and very helpful when having to go back and forth to my vehicle multiple different times because the slidding door only opened from inside after a certain time at night. Cleanliness from downstairs to room was good. Cleanliness in room was a plus. Beds and sofa bed was comfortable and clean.

There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay here. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Definitely will stay there again if ever in the area again.

The location for Kennedy Space Center was very good….the hotel was clean, food was delicious in the dining room. (We ate dinner and breakfast there) the most friendly employees I e ever encountered at a hotel. Will definitely recommend and stay again if ever in the area.

The air conditioning in the room gave off a stale odor in the room

Quiet location. Adequate grassy area for pets. Offers buffet breakfast for additional fee. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly. close to restaurants and other businesses.
