The desk lady Bry was outstanding. She was informative and friendly. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was stocked with a variety of choices. The food and dining areas were kept clean and well stocked. Cleaning staff is friendly and really does a nice job of keeping things in the common areas clean and presentable. Everyone seemed to have an upbeat attitude which translated into a pleasant stay. Well done! Overall, 9 out of 10

The cabinet for the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee was damaged and should have been replaced. I did report this to the front desk along with a picture that showed the damage

Everything was perfect - location (near KSC), room, helpful staff, pool, AC, enough parking lots.. We were with 2 kids just overnight, but we had good time.

Breakfast should be changed somehow. Wafles, flakes, milk and coffee are good. Eggs had strange color like beige and were sticky, the other things were just strange, low quality. Also long waiting for the food was unpleasant. But to compare to some other hotels this is still good and despite of this I’m giving very high score.

Everything was clean!! Atleast from what I can see. No damaged walls, doors, or burgers on elevator walls. Seen some nasty shit before in other Hilton hotels.

Breakfast was not that appealing. Waffles good, but chicken sausage, and egg white fortado, come one man get us some decent side with Waffles. Some bacon, or pork sausage,or just regular scrambled eggs. Would of been way better, not that much cost use some dang powdered eggs. So, I just had a bagel. Whoopi!!!

Location was very convenient for a launch at the Kennedy Space Center. The room was comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was good, with a couple of hot options. Staff did their best to serve us well.

We had reserved a King Suite through Booking.com, but they did not have that in our reservation. We had a two-queen room instead. That was a little disappointing.

The staff takes care of you as if it is their own personal hotel! It has a very upscale vibe. I personally love the cheery messages placed randomly throughout the facility. The delicious and diverse breakfast buffet is also worth mentioning.

The pool, that I never intended to use anyway, is a little small.

Location and very clean!

Left my phone in the room. Went on a cruise and called to tell them I would pick it up in a week. Went back and it was locked in managers office. Had to send a prepaid label to mail it to me. Had to call 4 times to get them to mail it to me! Had to get rude with them.

Easy check in, awesome price, spotless clean and incredibly comfortable. Awesome amenities, staff is professional and courteous. Gia made my morning delightful, she puts her heart and soul into all she does. We felt as if we were welcomed into her home, every breakfast station was perfectly displayed and attended. Good old fashioned southern hospitality. We are so grateful. Thank you

Breakfast was delicious and all options for breakfast were well attended. The location was perfect for me personally. I feel safe when staying at this location. It's extremely comfortable and quiet at this location. The staff is so accommodating and friendly.

There wasn't anything that i didn't like.

The second time I stayed at this hotel, the breakfast was rich and delicious. The location of the hotel is very excellent, only 20 minutes drive from the Kennedy Space Center, there are commercial plaza, large chain supermarkets, and various restaurants nearby. The room size is large, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large and very hygienic. The room is also equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave, suitable for guests traveling long distances, and the key is free parking.

This pet friendly hotel was in a great location and provided surprising extras. Welcome treats and poop bags as I paid my pet deposit, cookies in the evening and some complementary water, my name on the tv in the room… of course, friendly and fast staff. They gave a lovely hotel vibe at this little inn.
