The desk lady Bry was outstanding. She was informative and friendly. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was stocked with a variety of choices. The food and dining areas were kept clean and well stocked. Cleaning staff is friendly and really does a nice job of keeping things in the common areas clean and presentable. Everyone seemed to have an upbeat attitude which translated into a pleasant stay. Well done! Overall, 9 out of 10

The cabinet for the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee was damaged and should have been replaced. I did report this to the front desk along with a picture that showed the damage

Staff, maintenance issue fixed location. The breakfast was varied day to day Waffle was good. Smoked sausage EXCELLENT. Great bacon. Hard boiled eggs available. Yogurt. Breads. Cheesy omelet was ok. Powdered eggs...standard.

Although the breakfast was varied day to day, some days things like the delicious potatoes were cold. Not cool...icy cold in the middle of some pieces. It was a small potion of what I had on my plate.

Everything was perfect - location (near KSC), room, helpful staff, pool, AC, enough parking lots.. We were with 2 kids just overnight, but we had good time.

Breakfast should be changed somehow. Wafles, flakes, milk and coffee are good. Eggs had strange color like beige and were sticky, the other things were just strange, low quality. Also long waiting for the food was unpleasant. But to compare to some other hotels this is still good and despite of this I’m giving very high score.

Everything was clean!! Atleast from what I can see. No damaged walls, doors, or burgers on elevator walls. Seen some nasty shit before in other Hilton hotels.

Breakfast was not that appealing. Waffles good, but chicken sausage, and egg white fortado, come one man get us some decent side with Waffles. Some bacon, or pork sausage,or just regular scrambled eggs. Would of been way better, not that much cost use some dang powdered eggs. So, I just had a bagel. Whoopi!!!

parking quick check-in The value for money is excellent. Sweet American breakfast, but we expected that in the USA :))) Our children liked it.

The window air conditioner in the room is very very noisy. one-time use cutlery, cups, plates, does not correspond to the quality of today's hotels that focus on ecology.

Location was very convenient for a launch at the Kennedy Space Center. The room was comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was good, with a couple of hot options. Staff did their best to serve us well.

We had reserved a King Suite through Booking.com, but they did not have that in our reservation. We had a two-queen room instead. That was a little disappointing.

The property is directly off of I95 South and is easily accessible and convenient to restaurants and Shopping. Shower has an excellent relaxing massage setting and Staff were very pleasant

The AC was a bit noisy when it would kick on and off thru the night.

The staff takes care of you as if it is their own personal hotel! It has a very upscale vibe. I personally love the cheery messages placed randomly throughout the facility. The delicious and diverse breakfast buffet is also worth mentioning.

The pool, that I never intended to use anyway, is a little small.

The staff here were always detailed to the cleanliness of this property. It was always VERY well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly. The location was quiet.

Some more protein options would be lovely, as the eggs are not nice.

Left my phone in the room. Went on a cruise and called to tell them I would pick it up in a week. Went back and it was locked in managers office. Had to send a prepaid label to mail it to me. Had to call 4 times to get them to mail it to me! Had to get rude with them.
