Water pressure in shower could have been better and water temperature was inconsistent

It’s a beautiful new hotel, just opened in September 2024, so everything in nice and new. Comfortable beds, bigger size room, good breakfast.

I thought we got a pretty good deal.

The guy at the front desk was a bit strange. He told us we could take the stairs to our 4th floor room or take the elevator. This was weird because we had luggage and we are both 76 years old. He was not at the desk consistently and I saw him going out for smokes. By the way, people are allowed to smoke out outside the main entrance making for an unpleasant environment. Also, there was a woman in the lobby and the breakfast area who was a pain. I could not tell if she was an employee or a local who just hung out there. She was loud and we could not get rid of her. We were not the only people annoyed. Just look Into this. I just did not want to hear her bs.

We chose this place for the location, and it was perfect for watching a SpaceX launch and visiting the Kennedy Space Center. But we were surprised to find the facilities to be so nice, the rooms clean and very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The staff were helpful with our questions, telling us the perfect place to see the launch.

Nothing needed improvement.

Brand new facility. Only been open for eight weeks. Very spacious room and clean room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Large, easy entry shower with sliding shower doors (no shower curtain 😃). Typical hotel breakfast, nothing to rave about, but was good. Breakfast area was very clean and stocked.

AC control wouldn’t maintain room temperature. It would always return to a preset temperature. TV remote control was a bit difficult to use. Had issues with selecting channels I was manually selecting.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The staff was friendly... however they received a lower than perfect rating because I kept having to ask for towels and the trash to be picked up. I realize that services during a stay have to be requested. But even when requested, we either didn't receive or had to go pick up ourselves. Other than this, we enjoyed the stay.

Brand new building, rooms were Comfort Suite style, spacious and well equipped. The hotel is near US95, about 20min by car from Kennedy Space Center. There is a nice steakhouse (Durango’s) opposite of the hotel and free parking is available at the hotel.

No room service during my two day stay. The first morning the coffee was cold and there was hardly any selection of food. The second day everything was fine, hot coffee and a good selection of food.

Everything was really nice with the hotel. If they did not advertise free breakfast, they would get 10/10 instead of 9. Reception staff was very friendly.

It was more like breakfast free instead of free breakfast :D We were there 1.5 hours before the finish of the breakfast time. Everything was empty. Refil was extremely slow and limited.

Friendly staff on way in. Room available as booked. Very clean facilities (looked like recently renovated). Loved the set up in the room - welcoming and plenty of seat options.

Recommend in every way except water pressure so low it felt like using a eye dropper to rinse shampoo (I ultimately used a cup and the sink) and there was very little available at breakfast. Maybe my expectations are too high as I am used to Drury Inn continental breakfast.
