Staff was excellent,special.mention to Melvina,shes very accommodating, with us,as we were looking for something and its late at night and stores outside are close Also the morning lady named Rosa who works in the Breakfast Buffet, she's a very friendly and helpful employee. We will definitely stay again,in our next trip.

So far not much, except the closet in the room is placed at the end of the room,while we've stayed in other hotel,its at the entrance of the room. Also the toilet paper is placed on the left, which is hard to reach for a right handed person.

Property was clean and in a good location. Beds and pillows were comfy and I really appreciated that. In room amenities were convenient, and there was an onsite laundry room on the same floor. The pool and hot tub were MUCH needed and appreciated.

Some of the front desk staff weren’t as inviting or welcoming. However, Melvina was very friendly and welcoming; maybe she can train some of the other staff members on customer service.

Everything at the hotel was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. Our only complaint was the person who checked us in. She was not welcoming at all. She never smiled. She did what she had to do, and that was it. The woman who checked us out was very pleasant, and so was the lady who worked breakfast.

Very clean and the bed was comfortable. My grandsons slept in the sleeper sofa which was comfortable as well.

Our mini fridge wasn’t working and the front desk only offered to change our room after we were settled in with my daughters family in the connecting room. A simple fridge switch would have made me happy. My food items from our cooler ruined.

Cleanliness was EXCELLENT! Check in lady was personal and attentive. She recognized that I arrived in hair curlers and complimented me on my hairdo late.

Maintenance was lacking. Closet rack wasn't holding up and toilet tissue rack was holding on by little screws. Checkout girl was could have cared less to be there.

Rooms were clean, good for the night.

Breakfast was not good. Everything tasted day old. Did not like the attendant staring us down the whole time we were there like we were planning to take breakfast back to our room. That is the only reason I can think of since there was a huge sign saying that was not allowed.

- Parking was absurd -The staff was rude. Checking in the lady was very nonchalant, Not polite at all. Checking out was worse. The girl wasn’t even at the front desk but rather in front of the TV, legs propped up, playing a game on her phone. Just sat there & had us toss our key card on the desk. RIDICULOUS. Lazy.

The staff was exceptional! They really went above and beyond! The building was clean. The food was yummy.

No first aid kit at the front desk. The pool towels weren’t replenished daily in the pool house. Not very many things honestly.

The bed was wonderful, super comfortable. The indoor pool/hot tub was also a nice touch, super warm on a freezing night. It was also nice that it was open until 10pm, often times they close earlier which doesn’t allow for later arrivals to enjoy it.

The breakfast was kind of meh, nothing particularly noteworthy.

Location was great. Woman who checked us in at night was wonderful. Room was comfortable and clean.

The woman in the morning at checkout could use a reminder on how to greet people in the morning and be more friendly
