Front office staff were very nice. They seemed to be real people persons, which made me feel welcome. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable (LOVED that each bed had 3 nice pillows!). I think everything is new, which made for a very pleasant experience.

While I did like the fact that the place was very brightly lit outside, the window blinds weren't sufficient to darken the room. Blackout shades would be a nice addition.

New clean and easy to access room from parking lot. Front desk was helpful when we could not figure out the TV. Easy check in & out.

We were missing towels…only had one set in room but did not notice until early morning after one of us took a shower. Two sets of towels should be in every room minimum!

There was not a blackout curtain over the window. Lights shown through the room all night. When we were getting ready to check out a little after 7am, there was no one at the office. We went for breakfast and then came back to return the key.

Tv did not work I left my drivers license on the counter and I was never. I mean never notified even though they had my phone number and my email

Clean heat and air worked shower accommodations and I had in very late due to car trouble and was meant with a very nice night manager
