Staff was ultra friendly and helpful. Room was clean and everything worked properly. We had requested two things. One being to get a room on the ground floor and the second was to be on the end of the building as to not have our small dogs bother any other guests cause they can be yappy at times. Both requests were honored. The price was exactly as quoted no hidden fees. Extended our stay for an extra night without issue. The location is great for shopping, plenty of restaurants close by, and several in short walking distance.

Sadly the pool was not open. Truly the only thing I could complain about as it was super hot out during our stay and the pool would have been a great escape from the heat.

The checking was great, The price was great! We got to the room, with 2 queen beds, and both comforters were very dirty looked liked blood stains. Also, a wall next to the bed closest to the bathroom had bloody boogers and snot smeared on the wall. Then for breakfast you didn’t have hardly anything to eat your staff sssid they was out in a lot of things and they apologized. Won’t be coming back

Hotel was right off highway. I realized when we pulled in that we had stayed there years before with my mother-in-law. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Could have had a few more menu selections especially for diabetics (I am diabetic). Like sugar free creamers, juice, toast eggs and yogurt

Breakfast was good. Great location! Close to gas, restaurants, groceries! My dogs stayed free and were treated very well, as guests just like us humans!! Dante, the night clerk is a gem! I needed more towels for drying my hair and he was right there to get them for me. Very polite and accommodating!

Convenient location. Room smelled fresh when we first went in. Staff was very friendly and accompdating. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The facility shows its age and could stand some upgrading in the furniture.

That everything worked . My hair dryer and one of the bed lights didn't work or the alarm clock didn't work . But other than that it's was great .

The staff was friendly and very patient. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was easy to find and in a great location with several restaurants and stores around.

We only had two wash clothes for a room that had 4 people staying in it. No biggie still enjoyed the stay.

The place was perfectly placed, after driving for 18 hours. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast but it smelled good.

The hotel was busy! And a little loud. But that didn't ruin our stay.

The price was good and the staff was very courteous.

We had to track down housekeeping for clean towels they never stopped by our room.
