I liked the room and being close to the location we needed. The pool and spa were the main highlight to our stay. Our kids loved it and so did we. We would stay again. Parking was easy and spaces available as well. Dogs were allowed with a fee, but wish the fee wasn't so much.

Our family could have used a delicious continental breakfast, but unfortunately the hotel didn't come with that, but it did have a pool which is why we chose to stay. Also the beds were surprisingly uncomfortable for a Hilton once we were in bed.

The gentleman working the check in desk on my arrival 10/31 was extremely helpful and put a smile on my face after a very long day of driving.

Some of the baseboard was missing in the room. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. When I mentioned it to the women working the front desk when I was leaving on 11/1 she was rude.

It was quite and the staff were nice

I'm a member of the University of Tennessee janitorial department, and our entryway is top priority. Your entryway was a mess. Leaves everywhere and fingerprints on the glass. It's the first thing seen. If your entryway is clean and inviting I can overlook small things.

Unfortunately my room had a strong bleach smell the whole time. The carpets were a little dirty. Other than that It was a great stay with friendly staff

The breakfast was GREAT!! Was really surprised that the price was so affordable. Hostess was exceptional as well.

Nothing I didn't like. First time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn, but will consider next time I travel.

We typically stay here on our way back to Ohio from Florida vacations. Great exit, great hotel and great location.

My room was very spacious and comfortable. It was nice and clean.

toilet tanks need to be cleaned out so water in toilet is clear
