The hotel was exceptionally clean. The young woman that works the breakfast areas was WONDERFUL. She kept everything clean, stocked and was very friendly.

If I had to knick pick something I would say that the indoor pool water was cold. It would have been nice to have an outdoor pool area for sunning. In saying that I'm really reaching to find something negative. The hotel was top notch.

This was a beautiful hotel and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was good too! Also a great location. There are a lot of places to eat close by and it’s easy to get back on the interstate.

There were old fries on the floor next to the couch. Other than that it seemed very clean.

When we booked, we asked for a room 1) on the top floor; 2) away from the freeway; and 3) away from the elevator. The room we got (#302) was on the middle floor (3), faced the busy freeway, and was two doors down from the elevator. We were disappointed that none of the requests made at the time of booking were fulfilled.

The only thing that was an inconvenience is that you’re unable to cancel or move dates of reservation if needed. For locals there is a $300 deposit that was not disclosed

The room I booked wasn’t available. I needed a handicap accessible room, and the front desk agent was supposed to check me out early and did not so I was charged for an additional day that I didn’t use

Nancy was amazing at the front desk. She was so sweet and patient when I asked to move rooms.

I hadn't stayed at a Holiday Inn in 15 yrs. I was totally surprised at the beauty of the facility. It was totally a 5 star experience. This may be my favorite spot!

There wasn't anything I didn't like

It matches my expectations. I look for Holiday Inn Express when I travel for just one night stays. The breakfast is a major consideration. Always looking at the cinnamon rolls.

A brand new property, this hotel is a good stay. You’ll pay a bit more than other Dalton Hotels, but it was refreshing having a super clean room and a really comfortable bed.

breakfast was just okay. everything tasted overly processed. and while I understand it’s standard, there was something off. even the oatmeal had a strange taste. Also, the management had ONE front desk concierge scheduled on a Friday night during Spring Break week. check-in was super slow, long line. She was working hard, though. and was apologetic for the wait.
