Only ate a lite snack for breakfast, but it seemed adequate. I was in a hurry and had to snatch and run. More quick carryout snacks would have helped. Staff was friendly and very helpful, very effective.

No real issues. The exercise room was a bit cramped and uninviting, though space was limited, too. Had a bit difficulty finding the right road to enter the property and the main entry road had trucks and was a bit bumpy, not an issue controlled by the hotel.

The staff were very responsive and friendly. The location was so convenient to the interstate, the town of Ringgold and fuel for us and the car! We enjoyed walking in town and the meal we had at the Mexican restaurant in town which were recommended by the hotel staff!

We would like to have reserved another night for the same price but were unable to do so because we had used Trivago and Booking.com to make our first reservation. We had hoped to use points for our stay as well but were not able to do that either because we did not go through the Hilton Honors website for our reservation.

The staff was great. The hotel was new, very clean, and the staff was friendly from the nice lady Friday afternoon when we checked in, then the black lady concierge who cheerfully cleaned up my coffee spill in the lobby Saturday morning. Then, a young lady named Moon Saturday afternoon thru the same black lady Sunday morning. Every one of them were extremely friendly, engaging, and courteous. A major plus nowadays. There is a lot to do in the Ringgold, Chickamauga battlefield, Chattanooga area, and we loved that. We also appreciate that we asked for a top floor room because we have a special needs daughter who doesn't like a lot of noise that I-75 creates and not only got top floor, but on the opposite side with a very good view of Ringgold Gap. 👍👍 The blinds, and soap were also fantastic !!

There was only a shower in the room, no bathtub. We were not aware that we needed to request maid service if staying multiple days. We returned to a room the same way we left it with those tiny trash cans full and bed unmade, towels in the floor, etc. We asked the nice concierge named Moon if we'd possibly been missed ? She explained the hotel policy in regards to opting out of service. We wish we had saw this more prominently displayed so we could have asked for clean sheets, ect. 👎 The whole family hit the wooden bed frames with our knees at least once per day due to room size. The pillows left a lot to be desired also. We usually do not complain, but consider these suggestions to help you better a pretty good hotel.

- quiet - hardwood floors - plenty of breakfast options like cereal/ toast/ bagel/ eggs/sausage/ yogurt / pancakes - air conditioning goes down to 60degrees - the staff was very polite / have texting option for welcome and response - decor in the lobby was really neat and bright - pool available - gym available - decent water pressure

Checkout at 11 but most are (I just like to sleep in) - small shower space- bed felt springy and was kinda squeaky

People were great every time, loved the pool table the decor and the shower in the room, the window shade is terrific and that pancake maker amused and entertained my boyfriend. Really good pancakes😀

The bed was terrible. My partner and I could barely walk in the mornings. The lobby furniture wasn’t super comfortable either. No chairs to read in in the room. Breakfast was exactly the same everyday. COLD POOL

Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was small but very accommodating with all the necessities. Loved the activities area for the kids even though we didn't travel with any it's a great idea.

NO COFFEE POT in the room. Stay would have been a complete 10 if there was a one cup Kuerig in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very professional and friendly. Also a shout out to the housekeepers, they were friendly and helpful if we needed extra towels or toiletries. The indoor pool was very nice and clean.

Breakfast was average but no complaints.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! The check in person was so welcoming and helpful. Morning staff friendly too but just didn’t interact as much as with check n person. Room feels a bit stark but was clean. The location is what brings it down because it is so noisy outside. The highway noise is constant and beeping back up noise seems to go on constantly. Not bad for one night stop but woke up tired.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The serving area was clean and well stocked. The room was nice size and clean. The pool was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will look for Tru by Hilton when I travel.

The floors were not carpet which is a good thing. They are much cleaner, or at least seem cleaner.

The room was a tad small but since I was by myself it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was a bit weak. I’d have preferred regular oatmeal to the packets with preservatives.
