Well ,I call to do early check in but wasn’t coming til 3. And it in my maiden name & Jeff was very rude. Said u need to call who ever u book with,Either tho I gave him my com formation no. & pin they ( booking.com tried to call several time, but no one would answer at springhill to talk a let them know the last night was different ( I hv gotta married) so when I arrive I just keep the faith an the dark head women @3 8/27/23 was very polite, respectful, smile and got me sign up for bon voy to receive points. I end up having a great stay

We like the location away from the intetstate. The room is great. It may need alittle attention to some wallpaper but like the room.

We thought the breakfast was marginal compared to other hotels. The muffins that were out were terrible!! Almost to point that they seemed days old. Eggs and sausage were ok

Breakfast was great.

We got stuck in our room. There is an issue with the lock. Had to call front desk for someone to come let us out. Woman working at the front desk said they’ve had trouble with that room lock and had to order another one. It is so dangerous if guests cannot leave their room in an emergency! Felt like it was shrugged off and not taken seriously. Guest safety is important and should be taken seriously.

Breakfast was outstanding. The room we had was extra large. Plenty of room to spread out after a long day on the road. Shower was very good. Housekeeping was immaculately clean. Property looks like it is brand new even though it is a couple of years old.

The bed next to the air conditioner was only about a foot away from the air conditioner unit. I had trouble sleeping as the cold air was blowing right on me. Might not bother some people, but it bothered me. The room layout needs to be modified so the bed isn't as close to the air conditioner as it is. It is a small complaint, but it made a big difference on how I slept that night.

I honestly did not expect the hotel to be so nice based upon it being kind of off the beaten path. Then again I am not from the area so perhaps it really isn't off the beaten path. Anyway, it was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, we were easily able to adjust our temperatures in the rooms, and the staff was very friendly, including the kitchen staff.

room was exceptional and evening/night clerk was very friendly and commodating. Breakfast was good.

A bit faster replenishment of breakfast foods would be good. Day clerk seemed harried, although she helped add my Marriott number to my stay.

We were very satisfied with our room. It was a nice size room and was quiet so we could relax and get some sleep.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast that was offered. It did have some eggs and had sausages but they were luke warm at best. You could make yourself a waffle. Everything else was cold. We ate some but stopped on down the Reid to get breakfast.

Everything was great! I was checked in and was able to get everything done and get good rest, before my early morning appointment! I always enjoy my stay 👍😃👍

Nothing! I love staying at Marriott! It is my choice of hotels over all. I need to redeem my points I am sure, because over the years I have never used or been able to retrieve them Yours truly, Marion Horne Wiggins

Easy access to the expressway. After driving all day we entered a clean lobby and were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was clean and smelled clean and fresh. It was spacious, great layout, and looked modern and beautiful! Beds and linens were very comfortable. A/C worked great!

Breakfast had options but was just average. Has I noticed the pre-made sandwiches in the fridge I might have opted for one as they looked good.

2nd time staying here…very clean and the room was comfortable and large. Love the big bathroom and couch, also the extra bedding in the closet.

The king size bed was unfortunately not comfortable, it literally sank flat when we laid on it. Therefore, I woke up several times with my back and hips hurting. Also, the first time we stayed the breakfast was really good and this time it was not. I’m picky though about my scrambled eggs but these just weren’t good. The toast was stale also.
