The room and hotel were clean and in great condition and it was right off I-75 next to ramp. The place looks new. A shout out to the front desk staff! I always ask for a local restaurant that they would recommend. All the staff was friendly. Thanks to the front desk for your recommendation! We would definitely come back again and will recommend our friend & family.

Room was nice enough

Didn't like being told we did not have a reservation there after speaking to the person on duty that evening 5 times. Just called to let them know we were checking in late and they kept saying we had no reservation. That definitely raises red flags with customers...l will definitely call and speak to the staff before reserving next time.

My family and our teammates were able to be on the same floor. The pool was nice! Parking was great to our room

Needs to be a bit updated. Cleanliness could use a bit more attention. The lobby was not as clean as I thought it would be.

First of all, I made a reservation for a last minute hotel, the fact that we found a hotel for $88 in.tax w a pool was a shocker in itself. Then, upon entering the parking lot my husband and I were amazed at the overall attractiveness of the building itself. This place is well lit, palm trees alongside the pool, building was well maintained. Then, the lady at the front desk was a sweetheart! We arrived at the same time as three other guest that all needed to be checked in. I figured we'd be waiting there forever in that line. But I was wrong! She had all four of us checked in, within a matter of 6 or 7 minutes. She was a powerhouse! And very likeable, funny, attentive, caring, and willing to go that extra mile to give guests the most pleasant experience we've ever had when visiting a hotel chain. I have stayed in many expensive hotels in my lifetime and have never had a room cleaner than what this was. There was nothing outdated everything was up to date absolutely clean and beautiful. There was no riff Raff going on in the parking lot. Nobody yelling outside. No drunks no drug addict looking people. I felt safe the entire time I was there. I live in Chattanooga and there's not any place and all of Chattanooga that has ever impressed me the way this place has in fact although it's 45 minutes from home if I ever have the need for a room I'll drive 45 minutes out of the way just to not have to deal with the rude lazy no good hotel workers that I've come across in chatta nowhere

The fact that it's so far from Chattanooga I wish I could afford to move in that place I'm not kidding it's awesome

I really enjoyed the scripture calendar at the front desk. It was perfect, as it spoke to a situation I was dealing with and I am so grateful to the hotel for sharing the Word it God. Jesus is Lord!

There were roaches in the room and the floor needed to be cleaned. Everything else was fine.

The renovated rooms were very nice. Still a few loose ends to finish up, but the facilities were very clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We received assistances when we needed it. Both front desk and cleaning staff.

Breakfast choices were not great.

The breakfast is very good. Especially the gravy and biscuits. Good selection of food. There was a minor problem with the room when we checked in however the owners son was working and did an exceptional job at taking care of our needs.

The bath towels could have been a little more soft.

The room I stayed at was so nice and clean. I was traveling for work for week. I am a female in her early 30 and I left safe!!! The staff was so nice and so friendly. The breakfast was so good, you should try the biscuit and gravy they make.! I have high end products and I was able to leave them in the shower and on the bathroom counter and nothing was ever touched, extremely trustworthy staff!

The coffee maker in my room was broken. I didn’t mind because you get an amazing breakfast and tasty coffee.

Saturday night last minute stay along the highway in Dalton. This was one of the only hotels left available. It was the cheapest and we booked it. The outside if the hotel looked a little dusty and rough....pool looked nice We opened the door to our room and it looked clean, it smelled clean, sink was clean, and thetoilet and bathroom were clean. We were perfectly happy for this 1 night stay. Sure it is not perfect, but at this price it IS perfectly fine We would recommend. Breakfast was ok, some hot stuff, some cold stuff. Not the Hampton, but then again not expected to be the Hampton!!

I loved the little breakfast very minimal. The minimalisticness didn't change much the selection was great and also the beverage hot and cold food was definitely worth it no regrets fresh fruit as well .

Can't really say theres something I didn't like the room had all your basic necessities and didn't lack any !
