My room was in the back so I didn't have a lot of noise from the road. It was close enough that I was able to walk over to a restaurant for something to eat. After hours of driving the last thing I wanted to do was drive around looking for food. They offered an excellent selection at breakfast including scrambled eggs and sausage. Also rare in hotels, the shower had good water pressure.

I was very concerned to discover my room had an adjoining door to the room next to me. This was especially disturbing as the people in that room were very loud as the door provided little barrier to the noise and the light under the door. I was awakened in the middle of the night and was unable to get much sleep due to the noise. Also, the one ice machine I was able to locate apparently wasn't working. I tried it after I arrived, again later that evening and twice the next morning. All I managed to get was a couple cubes. I forgot to mention it when I checked out.

I have stayed at this hotel before because it is in a convenient location and the price is very reasonable. The room and grounds seems to have improved. The pool was very clean and there were several tables with chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast was very good and included more then I expected

There weren't enough chaise lounge chairs in the pool area (three) and one was broken.

The property looked nice and my kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were very comfortable.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. There was a random prescription pill on the floor in the corner, the bedside table showed bad wear and tear, and there was one cockroach climbing up the wall. We understand how difficult it probably is to keep cockroaches out of the motel but the room clearly needed a few replacements.

Clean rooms with extra towels and washcloths and breakfast. Clean rooms and clean exterior are the most important when using a budget friendly hotel. I had to wipe up a little spilled water on the floor and the towel was still clean after! Now, that’s a clean floor! This was one was the best on our trip.

Good location, easy access to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was I had to seem to go to office everyday to reactivate my key card. Other than that it was a good stay.

Room was very clean and fresh paint in hallways. Front desk was friendly.

They don't take chime cards or cash app which is the same as cash basically so I had to go to an ATM up the road to pay.

I have stayed here twice now for volleyball tournaments and have always had a great stay. Close to everything you could need. A quick walk to restaurants and 5 minutes from the convention center. Water pressure in shower is awesome.

Should have got coffee at all times in the lobby.

The staff was very kind and accomodating. Room was nice and quiet. Clean. Bed decent. Great area!

Carpet is very dingy looking but not dirty. Slight musty smell in room. Tub was rusty, but water pressure excellent and hot. Tv only worked 1 channel. But i dont watch tv anyway. Lighting is poor.

Location & price. Breakfast, eggs were excellent.

One of the waste baskets didn't get emptied after last guest. Water pressure in sink wasn't good, (but water pressure in the shower was great)

I like the convenience of location and its affordability.

Usually, the rooms are clean. This time, the room had cobwebs. the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I mentioned it to the manager. He said they have had a hard time with employees doing the job.
