This was our 2nd time stopping here. Very easy to locate off the interstate, but set back from the noise and hustle usually found around hotels. Front desk staff was sweet as can be. Breakfast is basic grab&go small danish, muffins, belvita, coffee & juice. Room is clean, and though the tub surround had clearly been repaired, it was neatly done and not a "landlord special." There is a restaurant nearby, but it is a bit more lively than we were looking for after a long day on the road, so we drove up the road into Ringgold proper. HIGHLY recommend Rafael's for some great pizza & salad bar, and then walk up a few shops to the antique shop. Absolutely great little street to walk around after driving all day. Between the hotel and this little area, we're planning on making this our stopping point on our northbound travel.

Would have appreciated a stopper for the bathtub, but understand it is easier to remove them than clean up flooded rooms. The shower was perfectly fine. If you need to use the tub, I suggest adding a small silicon drain cover to your packing list.

We liked it because it wasn’t crowded, it’s pretty quiet. It’s not close to a lot of restaurants and other hotels. The room didn’t have the usual musty smell. Nice room, good staff. Good rates, comfortable beds.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the beds are on a metal box base. So if you bump your foot on it, it’s a little loud. It sounds a little like a little thunder. It’s just unusual. I’ve never seen a bed on a frame like that.

Conveniently off the highway. Bed was comfortable and clean and room was updated with nice furniture. Black out curtain was there so room was dark. Big tv and great tv service.

Shower caulking dirty with mildew and electrical seemed to have a short in it in the bathroom. Minimal breakfast. Rooms in the low 100’s are smoking rooms and close to the side door of the building. Would be nice if people had to smoke so many feet away from the door as well as having an outside ashtray. You will hear the door opening and closing throughout the night.

Convenient to where our business was needed. You can’t beat the price, but you get what you pay for. If you just need bare minimal bed to sleep, then this is the place. If family travel, or if looking for best spotless place, then it’s hit or miss. Been here three or four times and there are good and bad with each visit. I’m more about the price versus the luxury, but the wife sees it differently and wanted to stay elsewhere.

Horrible cooking or incense smell on arrival. Reminded of heavy sage or some herbal as soon as you hit the door on the first floor and lobby. Spilled some water on tile floor and wiped it up. White towel was quite dirty after cleaning. This was five minutes after checking in. Paint chipping and a few mold spots on shower ceiling, but water pressure was nice.

I liked the cleanliness and the peacefulness of the location. The staff was pretty good too.

I had an issue when I first showed up to sign in, and even though it was my mistake, I believe that the front desk lady could have been nicer. -1 point for that alone, because it messed up my mood.

I didn't have the breakfast. But the location of this hotel is the main reason I stay here when I am in town. It's not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of a growing city. There's not a lot of traffic noise. I have stayed there enough that the desk staff recognize me! Everyone makes me feel welcomed, and are attentive to my needs. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and family, so they also stay here when they are in town.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The room was very comfortable. Much better than I expected for the price. Large room, large television, comfortable bed. It was close to interstate, but no traffic noise. I will stay here again if in the area.

The only bad thing was parking lot for large vehicles. It was a gravel parking lot behind the motel and was a long walk for an older, disabled person. It was a long walk back to truck in a hard rain.

It is in a quiet area but close enough to drive to shop or eat.

There was some maintenance going on. We came In to rest on afternoon and we had to wait until the air conditioner maintenance team was cleaning all of the filters. Not too bad of an inconvenience

Room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable. No complaints.

Breakfast was the only downfall, coffee was not ready when we came down at 6:30am. What was left in the coffee canister seemed old and tasted awful. The only think we really appreciate when we are on the road for a few days is a good cup of coffee before we hit the road again. Maybe they could invest in better quality coffee and have it freshly made early morning :) otherwise I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and stocked every day.

Noisy neighbors, but that isn't the fault of the hotel.
