The rooms are very nice and clean! The breakfast was also wonderful!

My only complaint is the man working at check in made me uncomfortable. He made a comment saying “I was hoping you weren’t married”, when I mentioned my husband. It just made me uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone, knowing that he would then know my room number. I’m sure he meant nothing by it and was nice otherwise! However, that’s just something I feel like people should be mindful of, not hitting on guests.

Breakfast choices have gone downhill over the last year. The breakfast sandwich choices are not that good. They are usually not that warm. Not everyone wants sausage all the time including in the sandwiches. Missing chocolate chips for the oatmeal too.

No bed bugs or bugs of any kind!! (Biggest fear) The staff was amazing and very courteous. The staff was very welcoming. The room was decent in size. The hotel and the room was completely clean. Breakfast was beyond my expectations. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa bed.

The price. Everything else was great. 300 per night is a little excessive for this particular hotel. It was a last minute trip due to a family emergency and all of the other hotels in the area and surrounding area had reviews of bed bugs or roaches with the exception of this one so I chose to stay here. And although my stay was nice if I had planned a vacation I would've stayed somewhere else with more to offer amenities wise and as far as the rooms go if I was paying 300 or more per night.

The breakfast was great. All food was fresh. There was even b & g (biscuits & gravy) 1 morning! There is complimentary lemonade & cookies in the evenings. All staff I encountered were friendly & hospitable. I will stay again in the future.

I asked for a wake up call for 2:30 AM. I didn't receive the call because they took the wrong room number.

The hotel smelled so fresh everywhere I went. Cleanliness was top-notch. Front desk staff was exceptional, especially Elizabeth. She had the biggest welcoming smile!!

Pool was being resurfaced, so not able to use it, but it was still great property.

The staff was tremendous. They were happy and helpful and kind at every turn. Even having to work on the holiday, they were very kind. Based on the staff alone we would stay there again. The breakfast was wonderful and had a great variety. Location was perfect and all was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and you just felt welcomed from the moment you walked in.

I didn't like the hot water. It was more like warm water. After a long day, you want a hot shower but that wasn't the case. It was warm enough but not hot. Oh and the toilet paper was rather abrasive.

Overall stay was great. Comfortable beds. Customer service was excellent. Gym, Pool, outside sitting area. Bedroom air conditioning worked great. Overall cleanliness was ALOT better than other places and I felt comfortable.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, sink faucet was dirty and smeared, hair in shower. Bedroom furniture outdated and lamp on nightstand was falling apart, rocks coming out of bottom of it. Old phone and clock. Overall bedroom was better than ALOT of places.

Loved the staff and facilities. The beds are awesome and I love having a suite...couch is comfy. Very clean and quiet. Always a great stay!

This time I was a little disappointed with breakfast. Usually better choices instead of just breakfast sandwiches as the main dish.

Hotel staff at the front desk were exceptional. Elizabeth was very courteous, professional and helpful. I don’t know the other young woman that was there at checkout, but she was just as professional.

Staff was very helpful, respectful and pleasant. Location was great and enjoyed the little water pound to relax and enjoy the wildlife

Room smelled of mold, lighting was not available in the closet so made it hard to see thing when removing them
