We were booked for another hotel (Dogwood Inn), but they locked their doors at 10:50pm and wouldn't let us check in. We drove across the street to this one and the lady was very nice and got us a room quickly. There were a lot of people booked in, but it was quiet inside the room. The beds were comfortable and they had waffle makers in the lobby for breakfast.

The room was a little sketchy. Cigarette burns in the covers in a non-smoking room. Sticky stuff on the tile floor. Top safety lock was broken. Boogers on the bathroom wall and candy wrappers stuffed in the base molding. All of it was something that could easily be fixed with a little maintenance and a good cleaning so we were just happy to find a semi-decent place to crash for the night. P. S. It says online the camera-looking thing taped to the front of the TV is a remote sensor, but the TV works fine without it. Just keep it covered with something while you're there, just in case.

The location was perfect, close to the highways, and close to many restaurants.

The parking was a challenge at times, with large vehicles and trucks parking too close to the room side parking slots. It made for a challenge to get out of the parking lot

Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well kept, the bed comfortable and the location, despite being right off a main highway was very quiet.

The toilet pressure was a little weak but not a deal breaker. Overall everything was great! :)

Evacuation for hurricane. Inside was better than outside. There were a lot of people moving around all night in the parking lot but the room was clean and had good hot water, good beds and pet friendly.

Too many people are moving around all night long outside and they very loud.

The location is ideal, close to the interstate hwy, close to several restaurants. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean.

No coffeemaker or anything complementary.

this location was indeed lovely , close by restaurants, the staff were nice and welcoming , the rooms were clean and smelled nice , housekeepers were amazing , everything I look for in a stay I found it here

Gentlemen at the desk helped so much when the booking reservation was not correct. He honored my request and cared sincerely as we are elderly and traveled with a pet. Thankyou!!! Thank you !

Customer service was great, rooms clean. This is one that you don't judge a book by it's cover. Will stay there again.

They do need a better breakfast that would be my only complaint.

The bathroom light was on the wall next to the mirror. Had to leave the bathroom light on all night . Continental Breakfast needs more variety
