Exceeded my expectations! Great location close to the highway we were traveling on, easy checkin even with our ESA. The place was clean, safe and welcoming. I liked that once it got late you couldn’t even get to the through the doors without your room key, felt safe! The stay was really great, despite being a one night stay I would highly recommend! <3

I get up early, went to make a plate of breakfast food before my kids were even awake, got a plate went to my room….kids finally woke up and went back to get their plate while they’re getting ready….made two waffles started heading to room and the new shift came on and said “no food in the rooms.” I said “well I already have one plate in there, are you serious?” No food in rooms, had to throw it away. Mind you we had a full on ice cheat etc with our own food as well in there. I feel she was just trying to be rude.

We stayed here to be near the Savannah Harley Davidson dealership. We were able to commute while staying in the same parking lot. The location is great. There's a Subway and Flaco's Tacos right next to the hotel. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were clean, a little dated but great. There is an indoor pool which helped with entertainment for our kids, and a hot tub. Breakfast was good. Eggs, waffles, cereals, toast etc. There is a $50 deposit for damages, but when you check out, they refund it after room inspection. Overall great hotel. We're going back to stay there in February.

The walls are paper thin. Neighbors beside and above us were really loud. When we go back we're gonna request a top floor room. It's a smoke-free hotel, but there was some very obvious marijuana uses going on, you could smell it.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Had an indoor pool & hot tub.

We were staying as a couple so I'm not sure if they expected us to share a towel but we only got one full size bath towel. Also, I've only stayed at a few other hotels in my life but I never had them come in your room while you're out to clean up and replenish. Nothing was missing so not much to complain about other than, it wasn't expected for me.

I thought the breakfast was excellent.

The hallway smelled strongly of smoke and was very unpleasant.

The rate was great. Stayed 1 night because our air had gone out. We have 1 pet and were able to bring him also for free.

The representative took a long time to get back to the front desk for check-in. Offered no apologies for the delay. Very nonchalant. Suggest providing your staff with cellphones that ring when the front desk phone rings when they are going to be away for a while.

Breakfast was simple but good. Area was clean and well supplied. Room was clean and checkin was quick.

Room had a strong smell of marijuana. Front desk offered to switch rooms, but we decided to keep room (just didn’t want to be held responsible for the smell. Front desk clerk provided air freshener to mask the smell. This was through no fault of the motel.

The staff was nice and informative upon arrival. We got checked in fast and our room was spotless. We loved the size of the mini fridge. It was plenty big enough for all of our drinks or small food items. The pool was clean and stocked with fresh towels for our convenience. We didn’t have any issues at all!

Nothing against the property itself, but just for your information, it is a little out of the way from major tourist attractions. You can expect to drive 30 minutes at the very least to get anywhere exciting, BUT for the cost of the room it was well worth the extra drive to save the money and get a good value. The only negative thing about the hotel itself was the elevator seemed a little dirty but with the high foot traffic that is to be expected.

It was clean and friendly. Enjoyed it as before, love as the same as when it first opened when it was built and named the Microtel back in the beginning. The only thing I noticed is that from time to time , would get the smell of cigarette smoke and some other smoke smell, but that would not stop me from ever coming back to stay there. It’s an awesome place.❤️😊

Everything was great

Everything was great! Breakfast was standard, pool and spa were working, staff was great rooms were clean good hot water close enough to everything. Good food close by. The bed was a tiny bit harder than I’m used to but it wasn’t bad . My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here
