Very clean. Close to Highway. Family all said beds were extremely comfortable. Walk in glasses showers were very nice. Exceptionally clean main lobby and breakfast area. Excellent breakfast staff.

I didn't like being charged a pet fee since when I signed up on line, I didn't see one and would not have picked this hotel to stay in. There are many hotels that are pet friendly and no pet fee. I understand large dogs which I leave mine at how but a 15 yr old 6lb blind dog that doesn't come out of her crate and has to be held everywhere, makes it hard to swallow paying a fee. I think you should post better on site when stating "pet friendly" and how much. Its fine to charge but make sure it widely open on site to see.

This property was easy to find and was located on the way to my destination. Since it was right off the highway I didn’t lose travel time to get there. Front desk staff was very pleasant both checking in and checking out. Breakfast provided a tasty combination of options including meat and non meat proteins. Bed was very comfortable.

While the room seemed clean, after settling in I’d notice a random stain here and there. Could be nothing or possibly leftover who knows what from the guest before me. I thought about grabbing my Clorox wipes but decided to just avoid the stain areas of the room as I needed to use my time preparing my work.

The room was clean, the check in process was easy and the clerk friendly. The shower had a glass door and was bigger than most hotels. The coffee is ground when press the button to brew which is great and not in the hotels I've been in

Not enough lighting in parking lot, esp toward the back row The room doors don't have the bar latch that you can slide over the door to keep it from being pushed open, the roo.s so have a square piece that comes out but I don't feel that is as effective since it doesn't go across the door

The breakfast is now a buffet, we much perferd the way it was since this sited opened. Before, you had sealed cereal containers, sealed sausage, egg, or bacon biscuits. Now, anyone can touch all the open containers and touch the food. This can lead to children and adults spreading illness. Because of this, we may be forced to change hotels. Avid off 95 is so convenient for us marking a little over halfway when we travel to Fla. We travel 3 or 4 times a year.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy and made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great value for the price—I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was already cleaned up by 10 a.m., so we missed it. It would be great if it lasted a bit longer so more guests could enjoy it.

Very clean and fresh. They have a 24 hour water/coffee station that was perfect for us! We have two kids that drink alot of water, so we were able to fill their cups and save a trip to the store for waters and snacks. There is free breakfast that consisted of bagels, cereal, egg, bacon, sausage and oatmeal and fruits.

It’s a bit far from the beach, but it’s worth the drive.

The customer service was beyond expectations. All the staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure things were exceptional. This hotel was honestly the best value I have ever had.

The breakfast in the morning was a little lacking. One of the two automatic coffee makers was down, which made for a bottleneck as people stood in line to get a cup. Also, there were no hot food items left and only a few select fruit items when we went. However, I will point out that it was about 30 minutes prior to the breakfast ending time, which could have played into the lack of variety.

Breakfast was good for something lite. Room was clean and pretty quiet. Staff was nice.

The shower handle was so loose it fell off several times. This is something housekeeping would have noticed while cleaning and should have been addressed. Also the $30 “incidental” charge is BS. Seems like just a way to generate interest income for a few days since there are no in-room incidentals.

When I arrived here, they charge me an additional $75 because I had a pet. I told them that I booked a pet friendly hotel, expecting to have that fee already added like it was when I stayed at Tru by Hilton I was not happy with the additional fee, but what was I to do with that point.
