The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The sitting area was perfect to relax while watching the tv.

The bathroom exhaust is very loud. Also, there was an awkwardness in getting in and out of the shower with the toilet so close to the shower door opening. The sink area could use more lighting. There needs to be more outlets for plugging things in near the bed. There needs to be other available parking for guests hauling trailers and larger vehicles. They should not be allowed to take up several parking spaces so close to the hotel. All room air conditioning units need to be checked underneath for loose parts, holes in flooring and basic cleaning.

My stay was great. The facility was nice. I liked the pool area and the staff was friendly with the exception of one lady who worked in the kitchen but other than that everyone else was really nice. The breakfast was good, the room was really nice and the bed was comfy.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. It made taking a shower longer than expected. Also, on our last night the fire alarm went off at 1am and woke everyone and we all had to quickly exit the building by going down the stairs. There was a strong gas smell once we made it down stairs. It took the firemen fifteen minutes to get to the location. That was a long time when it could have been more serious. Thank God everything was okay and everyone was safe.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The lighting was a little dark but that is our only complaint, period, about this hotel. What made it perfect was the staff. I have never had friendlier folks at the front desk, the cleaning team, or the great ladies that made our breakfast every morning at a vacation spot. I actually told them each I would miss them as we were leaving. I felt like we’d known each other forever. One afternoon, we came through the lobby with a pizza, heading for our room. The precious girl at the front desk calls out, asking if we needed paper plates and napkins to take up. It just doesn’t get any better than all of the staff there. The ladies that kept our rooms perfect were kind, friendly, and always smiling. A Five-Star hotel doesn’t have better service or friendliness. I’ve been traveling for most of my 58 years of life and it simply doesn’t get any better than the service we had at this hotel. We will be going back to Savannah just to enjoy a relaxing vacation at this hotel and will recommend it to everyone who’ll listen. The breakfast was so good every morning. We actually looked for to it and the sweet staff every morning. The food was truly yummy! The ladies taking care of it all were precious. Thank you for making our vacation PERFECT.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, whatever I needed help with they were willing to assist. The walk-in shower was nice, everything seems to look up-to-par and the breakfast was pretty good too.

It being hot already, when you enter the room they are having the air conditioner turned off when the room isn't being occupied to preserve energy....I get it but it had the room very warm/hot and the room had a musk smell, I'm really big on not having my space warm/hot in the summer, I like to be comfortable....I had to do a little work to get the room comfortable to my liking.

Very comfortable beds, great breakfast , lots of options, friendly professional staff, room was spacious, nice pool and hot tub, plenty of towels for the pool, cold a/c, hot water, had a desk in our room to work on my laptop!

floor could've been vacuumed a little better on our arrival, they left one wet towel hanging on the hook on the back of the bathroom door on arrival, we put in a special request for extra towels and no feather pillows when we made our reservations but I guess they didn't get the memo. It wasn't a problem just had to ask for more towels and my daughter had brought her own hypoallergenic pillow with her.

The room was very clean, less the phone. The separation of the living space and bed was part of the reason I selected this hotel, I hosted friends for coffee that live near by as my kids went to bed. The breakfast was nice, fresh, and hot with a good variety. The pool looked great, but sadly we ran out of time to enjoy it. The late check-out time could be very helpful. The location was great with lots of restaurants walking distance.

The phone hadn’t been cleaned, but I wipe down common things and apples to apples this hotel was much cleaner than the last. The toilet paper holds is too far from the toilet. My children could not reach, so it would also be hard for someone who is handicapped as well.

I choose to stay at this hotel every quarter while visiting Savannah for work. I love the location, the breakfast and the staff. The rooms are always clean and bright although the lighting could be a tad bit better, and the fan in the bathroom is quite noisy. Overall, I can always rely on this hotel being up to my standards.

I have stayed on two occasions where the weather has been extreme and don’t really like the fact that there is no garage, also because of the location I feel like the cars are sitting ducks to potential thievery.

the hotel overall was excellent the rooms was clean the beds was comfortable and the people was friendly but they forgot to mention that I had to put an insurance deposit down when I book so I end up having to pay $170 for insurance that won't be refunded to me until 2 weeks that really made me upset because they should have mentioned it when I first checked in but they didn't and I didn't read it anywhere on booking stating that we had to have an insurance deposit down but overall the state was great

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with a nice sitting and desk area. The bed is comfortable. It is helpful to have a small kitchen area with a fridge and microwave and sink.

I stayed for two weeks on business and the business center (which was one computer) was out of order for the entire two weeks.. I was counting on being able to print documents. Also I was surprised when I arrived that my room was dirty. Not just dusty (which it was) but I had to wipe off all the surfaces like the bedside tables and the kitchen counter because they were dirty. The fridge and the front of some of the drawers actually had something crusty on them. The phone was filthy. The ironing board pad was so wrinkled that it wrinkled anything I ironed. And the closet door was off its track.

The hotel was very clean and had a clean smell. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and I felt safe.

The only thing that we had a problem with was there were 4 people in our party and the room we booked had an occupancy of up ton5 people but when we arrived we wanted to take a shower and there was only 3 towels and 2 wash clothes in the room.
