Clean, comfortable, convenient to downtown and friendly staff. Price more reasonable then some of the surrounding hotels

It was clean, I filled out all my paperwork online so checkin was a breeze.

There is a plant filled island between the canopy that covers the front door and the parking lot with a walkway. On both sides of that island there r curbs so u can’t walk ur roller board through that area , u have to go around. I would suggest u make a ramp on both sides of that walk way. Also the front door is a pull door. It’s very difficult to get in and out of the door when u have ur luggage and have to pull that door open. Please put an automatic door there.

The room was very spacious. It had a separate sitting area with TV that my husband took advantage of! The bed was big and comfortable. Location was excellent. There were at least five or six restaurants just in that area and we ate at four of them. Breakfast was available, but didn't take advantage of it.

The bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned more thoroughly. TV had several channels unfortunately not the ones I watch on a regular.

The room was clean, bathroom, bed and pillows were up to expectations. The tv by the door was functional but half the screen was glitching. The breakfast was an acceptable small selection of breads, juice, coffee, eggs, and cereal. I didn’t get to visit the pool because the beach is a 45 minutes drive, however parking there is changed so a pool is good alternative

This hotel is in a section off I-95 full of hotels, restaurants and some shops. We found the establishment a bit dated and needed of TLC and minor maintenance, but the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the AC worked ok and the overall room was not bad. The fitness center had only three machines, no towels, no water dispenser, very basic. The pool looked like it was down for maintenance. The breakfast was basic...cereal, baked good, scrambled eggs and sausage links, pancakes, yogurt and such. Not a bad place to stay.

Minor maintenance needed in the room. Paint peeling off, some mildew on the shower tiles, etc.

I was in town for a conference at GSU Armstrong campus, so the location was perfect since the hotel was only a 15 minute drive away. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was just okay. It was a continental breakfast.

I had two minor issues. My toilet was running the entirety of my stay, which was annoying at night while trying to sleep. The liquid soap container was near empty and I really couldn't get much out of it. Good thing I bring my own soap on most trips.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was located near a lot of family friendly places

Room layout was unique with 2 tv flat screens. One in a separate closed door king bedroom and the other in the main sitting room with couch and chair.

The ac unit was not updated with renovation. It was a 1999 unit and original to the building. I could tell the unit was heavily contaminated with growth when I stepped in the room. Once we sprayed with an air cleaner(ozium) it was ok.

The hotel was in a very convenient area. The staff there was very informative about the stay and what amenities they offered. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

Not for sure what was going on with the tv in the room but it kept going out and or the tv would just have a dark screen. Parts of the shower could’ve been wiped down a bit better, there was hair from the previous people who stayed in there.

The property is in a great location with walking distance to food. It was very clean. The staff were amazing, kind, and quick to complete requests with a smile on their face. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms were clean! Their breakfast that was included had a lot of variety and tasted great!
