I loved the evening woman at the front desk - what a sweet ray of sunshine. She called to let me know dog was barking. She was just very pleasant. She was back this morning helping another employee. I asked did she get to go home. She said she had gone to her other job and stopped in on her way home to sleep. That’s dedication. I like that they text and made sure everything was ok last night. Everyone at the desk was pleasant.

I didn’t like the $30 incidental fee (for what- nothing to buy in the room). I also didn’t think it was fair that we paid $75 for our pet when the other Hampton Inn (nearby) was only$50 for a pet.

The staff was incredible -- on arrival, when I told the young man at the front desk that I needed a handicapped space but there were none, he moved his car to give me a spot near the door. Our room was good and clean and the AC worked well,

The bed did not have the super comfy plush mattress I expected -- this one was much harder. Breakfast was as expected but the young woman working it was overtaxed as she was by herself to manage both the back & the front. I learned the hotel had cut back the food staff from 2 to 1 and that's a mistake that will result in unhappy guests through no fault of the employees.

I loved everything about this hotel! We're from Michigan and we stayed for my South University graduation, Class of 2024! I was super impressed with how clean the room was. When sitting on one of the beds I thought they might be uncomfortable, beds felt stiff but I think it was because of the weighted comforter. Honestly, one of the best nights of sleep I had in awhile. The view from our room was beautiful... if you get to pick your room through Hilton Honors, for a 2 Queen Suite...stay in room 622 or choose a room that faces the front of the hotel. My boys loved the pool, hot tub, and weight room. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, red potatoes seasoned to perfection, bagels & cream cheese, different kinds of muffins and breads, cereal, 2 different waffle makers, a bunch of different toppings for waffles, yoplait yogurt, fresh fruit, mixed fruit, OJ, apple juice, and milk. Also, I must say that the breakfast crew is amazing! There were two buses of teens that came on our final night... I was worried about breakfast the next morning but these ladies handled it with ease! Period! Everything stayed stocked and never had to ask for any refills. Check-out was simple and easy. Will stay again if in Georgia. Definately recommend staying at this hotel. Would give 20 stars if I could!

This was not the hotels fault but there was a little confusion at check-in but that was because booking.com does not include tax or mention the incidentals fee that is refunded after check-out.

Krista was wonderful! What a treasure. She was very nice and helpful. She gave us several ideas for restaurants and they were wonderful. Also gave us ideas for places to eat and things to do in nearby Savanah. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The breakfast was good. Lots of nice choices.

There was no ice machine on our floor.

Nice room. Decent breakfast with eggs, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal.

It’s undergoing renovations and is a bit gutted looking. There are some trip risks near the stairways. One elevator is broken.

The room was a pretty good size and the bed was comfortable as well. Definitely could spread out a little bit and relax. A lot of room in the bathroom as well, and close to I-95 for when you're leaving. There was an Applebee's right in the same parking lot as the hotel, so you didn't need to go very far to grab something to eat, as well as a Ruby Tuesday right across the road. They had some cookies up at the front desk the one day encouraging people to grab one, which is a nice little touch.

It is about ten miles from town or so, and you have to drive a few highways to get there. Not sure I remember that from when I was booking or not. The parking around the hotel seemed to fill up pretty quickly, and to be honest I wasn't sure if there was more somewhere else around back or off to the side. The water in the room for the shower didn't get really warm, which was a bit disappointing, as I love to have a warm to hot shower in the morning to get everything going. The breakfast was okay, just some of the typical things you see, waffle maker, some cereals and some hot foods (turkey sausage, eggs, bacon, and other stuff), so it's fine for what it is. Wouldn't say I didn't like it, but it was okay, so not sure where to put it.

Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, large TV, comfortable work chair. Nice bathroom. Well lit parking area. Nice dark roast coffee. Allows dogs.

$150 for a dog for one night is excessive. That makes cost almost double. Except for this we think the place is fantastic

The location was good for us. The price was ok, and breakfast was good.

The male night clerk at the desk wasn't pleasant or helpful. Rooms aren't as clean as they use to be King mattress in 607 is awful! Thers a whole deep in the side closest to the windows
