Found a sock on chair which tells me the cleaner didn’t clean around the area. The other part of room did look clean

The hotel clerk that checked us in was AWESOME, very concerned, she even called us to make sure we hadn't gotten lost, and sure enough we had. She directed us to the hotel. She was very friendly, a great sense of humor and she could tell we were tired and hungry. She gave us some very encouraging words and made us feel really good, she deserves a Raise, awesome customer service. We slept like babies, breakfast was good. Checkout was great, the guy that checked us out didn't know the orchids were real live orchids and we all got a laugh out of that, great customer service that will be our hotel of choice whenever we are in Savannah, GA., again.

We liked everything even the price.

The location is the worst Porcelain ice bucket is a disaster waiting to happen Porcelain soap tray at the sink, another disaster waiting to happen Trash cans are too small Microwave in the closet where your clothes hang There is no room in the closet to place luggage They offer body wash. However, there is no place to put your soap. We all can't use anything on our skin. A place for personal soap in the shower would be nice There is no room in the 1 sink bathroom for toiletry bags other than over the toilet. That is the worst place. Light switch for lamps at the bed is on the wall. You have to get out of bed to turn off the night stand lamps No plugs to charge your phone on both sides of the bed

The building was newer and easy to access off the interstate. When we checked in the front desk lady was very friendly and made conversation with us. It was really enjoyable to have someone so engaging and pleasant! The breakfast was acceptable, with commercial pre-made eggs and sausage paddies.

Be aware they charge a refundable $150 damage deposit upon check-in (so there are two transactions on your credit card, one for the room and one for the damage deposit). Just need some minor room maintenance- such as the mold on the bathroom ceiling, and touch-up painting. These small details make a difference.

The breakfast was good and delicious. I enjoyed the central location of where the hotel was off the interstate. Sai was very friendly and nice I just hate we didn't get to say goodbye on the day we left.

As a guest you should be made aware that cleaning happens every other day. The yogurt was warm coming out of the machine. This was my only problem with breakfast. The microwave and refrigerator was dirty as well and I had to clean it out before using it.My door was leaving out didn't automatically close so I had to hold it to close properly

The young lady at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure we had a room for the night and that we were looked after even though the issue with the booking was not the fault of the hotel.

There was a glitch of some kind in the reservation between the hotel and Booking.com. When we arrived, they could not find our reservation. After about 15 minutes of checking systems and calling the manager, they did find us a different room but not the one we reserved. It seems when we moved the date of our reservation a week prior, that information was not passed on to the hotel.

Newer building, common areas and hallways clean. Good free full breakfast! Friendly staff! Comfortable bed and cute room set up! Kcup coffee maker was a plus and there was coffee in the lobby as well.

Rooms were nice but could be a bit cleaner. Felt like it was a little damp (not horrible). Alarm clock/radio was stained with dark yellow spots. Obviously not a huge deal but just made you feel it was dirty. Metal parts of the door to the bathroom had fingerprints that were very noticeable. Could have just been my room at that particular time.

I was told that I couldn’t check in early it was only 20 min before check in time and a white man in front of me was allowed to check in. When I confronted the attendant he said he requested to check in early I said so did I. I pulled out my phone and showed him the email where I had requested it. He started stuttering and making up excuses. Then he got on the phone and started calling to see if a room was opened. I don’t do racism, my money spends just like anyone else’s. Please add more television shows you pay $200 for basic cable, I don’t think so. The breakfast was mediocre.

The property appears to be very new. We enjoyed the convenience of traveling on I-95 and the easy access to the property. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and extremely clean.

The property appears to be very Scandinavian in its design and decor which we did like, however the bright colors and minimalist design may not be appreciated by all travelers. We enjoyed our quick stay and will stay with this hotel group again if we find it convenient with our travels

New hotel. Very clean. Really nice breakfast items. The location was about 20 minutes from Downtown Savannah and all freeway access with some delays due to construction. The hotel offers very nice Shampoo and body wash in the showers and I loved that extra touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing whatsoever to do with the hotel but if someone reads this who was staying the 19th through the 26th on the 3rd floor and you allowed your kids to run up and down the corridor or you and your spouse were arguing so loudly at 6:30am we couldn't sleep...LEARN SOME HOTEL ETIQUETTE!!! Have respect for other people staying in the same building. Don't let your kids run around. Don't allow your room door to SLAM SHUT at 6:am. AND DON'T HAVE AN ARGUMENT THAT'S SO LOUD WE THOUGHT YOU WERE IN THE CORRIDOR but when we looked the hallway was empty. It literally sounded like you were outside our door... SCREAMING. You are seriously lacking any self awareness. This makes it HORRIBLE for other hotel guests.
