Found a sock on chair which tells me the cleaner didn’t clean around the area. The other part of room did look clean

The building was newer and easy to access off the interstate. When we checked in the front desk lady was very friendly and made conversation with us. It was really enjoyable to have someone so engaging and pleasant! The breakfast was acceptable, with commercial pre-made eggs and sausage paddies.

Be aware they charge a refundable $150 damage deposit upon check-in (so there are two transactions on your credit card, one for the room and one for the damage deposit). Just need some minor room maintenance- such as the mold on the bathroom ceiling, and touch-up painting. These small details make a difference.

Wanted to charge us for remote batteries when the remote STOPPED WORKING. We banged on the remote and nothing happened so we removed batteries and put them back in and it worked. If staff would have said to bring remote to them - no ---- buy more batteries she said. $ 5 for 2 batteries if we had bought them.

The young lady at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure we had a room for the night and that we were looked after even though the issue with the booking was not the fault of the hotel.

There was a glitch of some kind in the reservation between the hotel and Booking.com. When we arrived, they could not find our reservation. After about 15 minutes of checking systems and calling the manager, they did find us a different room but not the one we reserved. It seems when we moved the date of our reservation a week prior, that information was not passed on to the hotel.

It was very very clean

I was told that I couldn’t check in early it was only 20 min before check in time and a white man in front of me was allowed to check in. When I confronted the attendant he said he requested to check in early I said so did I. I pulled out my phone and showed him the email where I had requested it. He started stuttering and making up excuses. Then he got on the phone and started calling to see if a room was opened. I don’t do racism, my money spends just like anyone else’s. Please add more television shows you pay $200 for basic cable, I don’t think so. The breakfast was mediocre.

The property appears to be very new. We enjoyed the convenience of traveling on I-95 and the easy access to the property. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and extremely clean.

The property appears to be very Scandinavian in its design and decor which we did like, however the bright colors and minimalist design may not be appreciated by all travelers. We enjoyed our quick stay and will stay with this hotel group again if we find it convenient with our travels

New hotel. Very clean. Really nice breakfast items. The location was about 20 minutes from Downtown Savannah and all freeway access with some delays due to construction. The hotel offers very nice Shampoo and body wash in the showers and I loved that extra touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing whatsoever to do with the hotel but if someone reads this who was staying the 19th through the 26th on the 3rd floor and you allowed your kids to run up and down the corridor or you and your spouse were arguing so loudly at 6:30am we couldn't sleep...LEARN SOME HOTEL ETIQUETTE!!! Have respect for other people staying in the same building. Don't let your kids run around. Don't allow your room door to SLAM SHUT at 6:am. AND DON'T HAVE AN ARGUMENT THAT'S SO LOUD WE THOUGHT YOU WERE IN THE CORRIDOR but when we looked the hallway was empty. It literally sounded like you were outside our door... SCREAMING. You are seriously lacking any self awareness. This makes it HORRIBLE for other hotel guests.

The location was quite ok, though a bit far from holiday attractions. But i was aware of that. The place is very clean, modern upgrades, wonderful front desk people too. I truly enjoyed my stay.

In the room, it was very awkward to have the microwave inside the closet. There's enough room by the fridge area to put it. Furthermore, it occupied most closet space. I didn't understand. The other thing, it was very hard to operate the TV. Add ons for entertainment would be plus eg. Netflix, hulu, Roku...would be of great use to your customers. No point of having a TV and nothing to watch.

HUGE Sign in breakfast nook that read. "Absolutely no food taken to room". When I asked the desk clerk if I could take breakfast to my wife that was in bed resting, purpose of vacation, the answer was people mess up the room. My response was every night after the group of us leave some of the execellent resterants, we take doggie bags with us. The grand kids bring in McDonalds...so whats the purpose of denying breakfast in bed for the wife. IT JUST DON'T MAKE SENSE WHEN PEOPLE SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR THEIR VACATION.

Cleanliness staff good service

How dare you guys charge $150 to patron’s for incidentals when you never know where someone’s coming from and most of the time you’re off the highway people might just be pacifiers going off the road I paid for my room in full and I don’t think $150 is fair. I paid it at the time be cause I had nowhere else to go but your fee is way too high so what if you have to clean up after $150 away beyond the normal market everybody charges between 20 and $50 a night for incidental so please revisit that as management. Thank you.
