We were fleeing Hurricane Milton from SW Florida and were on our way up to NC. We had an elderly neighbor with us and when we asked if they had a room in the first floor, they gave us a room near the hotel entrance. It had an adjustable bed, which was far beyond what we expected. The room also had a newly renovated walk-in shower, which allowed our senior friend to bathe independently and without the risk of falling. Our bed was comfortable as well and we were all so happy that they gave us this room, even though we had not requested it ahead of time when we made our online reservation.

A room with mobility-impaired accommodations that was near to the front of the hotel and near where we parked our vehicle.

The property was well kept and well lit. I felt safe walking around at night, which is something I prioritize because I can be forgetful and leave stuff in the car. The 2 men working in the office were extremely kind and helpful, as well as being extremely personable. They helped accommodate my small family on short notice when another hotel in the area attempted to scam us. I would 100% stay at the hotel again.

The pool was closed, but that wasn’t a major issue!

No breakfast but you get coffee which was what my wife wanted. Clean, Good location. Not top of the line of hotels but it does great for low cost sleep, shower and go type of place. VERY friendly attendants which is good to see/experience after a long drive. Clean room. Plus free parking. I got blown away when I was considering a downtown hotel that parking was "available" but it carries a per day charge. Not good for those hotels.

Stuff looks outdated but it serves its purpose. Like I said, it meets the parameters of your very low cost sleep and shower and go place. Prices of hotels are way too high and so this was well under a $100 for a king size bed no smoking.

I asked for and received and early check in because of an early flight. His staff was very friendly and accommodating me in every way.

There's plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and there's plenty of places to shop within walking distance, and the staff was absolutely amazing.

The front desk staff was amazing. The place could definitely use a remodel and a coat of paint but the gentleman at the front desk made up for any shortcomings of the property. Very friendly, polite and helpful. It was a weeknight but very quiet.

When I got there the microwave and fridge were unplugged. The phone and clock werent able to be plugged in (outlet was behing the bed) and there was only 1 accessible outlet in the whole room behind a Dresser. The place is pretty run down but for the price it was expected.

The parking lot was clean > Dumpsters were available > The staff was very professional & very friendly & very willing to go out their way ! The room was not a let down > linens on the bed that smell fresh > towels that smell fresh > Very hot water > carpet in the room > climate control worked very well > The TV , microwave & fridge worked well > hot coffee at the office > 5 STARS EVERYWHERE

I often travel with work, hotel was able to accommodate my early check in and my late departure. The people at the front desk were absolutely amazing.Give me an app and I appreciate thata.

If there's any drawback at all, it's probably the traffic here near the hotel.Sometimes it can be quite congested late in the afternoon.

The stay was good. The room was a bit outdated, but it had everything we needed. It was clean(except the old curtains). It was comfortable and convenient.

The curtains and the carpeted floor, needed to be cleaned. Just needed some updating. It was obvious by the furnishings was older.

It was close by where i needed to go Easy to book. Fee was very good for my budget You get what you pay for.. Very glad it was no bugs or anything Very convenient as far as food late night.. Guy at front desk last night was very nice..

The worker was so nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean and smelt great. beds were very nice! One bed was a massaging bed and the top and bottom elevated using a remote. the beds were very nice.

I did not have an issue with anything at this hotel. It was a great experience and everything and everyone exceeded my expectations
