fast and easy check in room was extremely clean, it had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable breakfast was delicious! they had eggs, croissant with egg ham and cheese, yoghurt, cereal, fruit and fresh juice. coffee and tea were complimentary overall excellent stay and will make sure to stay here again if ever in the area!

The staff was professional and polite. The room was clean, as was the pool. The price was excellent. The location was very convenient to all the tourist attractions.

The free breakfast is a continental breakfast only, muffins, danish, make your own waffle. No eggs, bacon or traditional hot breakfast foods. This isn't necessarily bad, just not what I expected when the website said, "free breakfast". There was a nice selection for what it was.

The location was fine but the GPS takes you pass your turn and you have to make a u-turn and come back up.

Our first room, the sink overflowing circle was horrible and very nasty. The ceiling looks like water spots on mildew in the bathroom The border around the toilet near the tub rusted. Our second room behind the bathroom door the water where the door stop is is broken needs to be replaced. The second room was much better it didn't have carpet it was hardwood floors that was way better.

The room was not ready when I get there and have to wait 45 minutes for it to be ready for me. The room was a hand day cap room and I didn't request it for me

The people who work there was not ready for me to get the key to my room and I got lock out even time I exit my room. Saturday night was was in my room and all of a sudden someone try to open my room with there key . Luckily I was in my room and opened the door and scared them and then I walked to the front office and ask what the hell was going on with them giving some one a key to my room and she said it was her fault and she said she call the office manager

A great place to stay…. Very clean, the rooms are nice…. I loved the rooms made me feel very comfortable and the workers there were nice and have great customer service. Ms. Betty was the one at the desk when I arrived a beautiful lady with great customer service skills. I want to thank you all for making my stay such. a pleasant one. 😘❤️

I loved everything.

The mattress was comfortable; but was placed on a metal platform that made it slide a bit and make a noise when you got in or out.

We were on the top floor and the water pressure left a lot to be desired. Showers were hot, but felt like a gentle rain.

It was clean and safe. An excellent value. Very close to plenty of dining as well. Better than any other I've stayed at within the same price range. We've been coming to the area several times a year and, besides a BNB we found once in a similar price range, this place has been the best.

We've stayed here before. Clean and quiet facility in an excellent location, easy to get in and out. Late check in was easy and handled promptly. Furniture included a desk and chair, a sofa and an easy chair. Coffeemaker, ice cold fridge and a microwave.

Nothing, but some major highway construction getting into Savannah that is no fault of the hotel. Beware of highway delays.

The staff changed my room and it took her forever to get the desk from wherever she was. I rang the bell several times and stood there for 20 minutes before she came to the desk.

The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. I had to go to the Hardee’s Nextdoor to get something to eat. I normally don’t eat fast food take out but I was able to get something to eat
