I love the location right off the highway and easy to get around Savannah for both work and personal fun. Staff is amazing and the free light breakfast is just enough to get through until lunch time at work.

My room was clean and very pleasing. My overall rating of my room and my stay is 9 out of 10.
The toilet was too low. Would have loved to move the TV to the center of both beds. Would have liked 2 chairs instead of one.

Lobby manager was great except it was after hours so we communicated thru a glass window like a teller. He was flexible about moving us.
Towels were nasty!! Had dried blood on them and were dirty! Was too tired to go back to lobby until the morning. Wd were exhausted and went to bed

I didn’t have much time so I only had a coffee,but the carrabean guy told me about all the options ,he was very nice and very helpful and an excellent addition to your team!!

Location was great, right off the highway. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The afternoon and morning staff made me feel like they were glad that I was there. The continental breakfast was well stocked. The new pancake machine was easy to operate and fun to watch.
The recommendation for the close by Chinese restaurant did not live up to my expectation for good Chinese food. It was disappointing food and the service was poor.

The pool
The room was dirty.. There was press on nails still under the sheets as if they never changed the bedsheets. People was outside cooking on hot plates.. now sure if this was a hotel or a rooming house 🙈

I liked how central it was to all of Richmond Hill
It was a nice stay overall, I wish they offered more options for breakfast, and that they cleaned the stairwells a little more.

The free breakfast was good but very limited... And a long line to get it. Rooms and property could be updated for sure!! but was clean and comfortable.
