Everything from check in to check out was phenomenal. Convient location to I75. 12 mins to downtown Jackson for great restaurants. Our room was cooled down prior to us checking in , which was a nice surprise. The breakfast is beyond words. This hotel by far has a large variety of breakfast foods that is not only cooked properly, set out in convience but is also tasty. The staff was constantly cleaning up, refilling items and asking if anything was needed.

The breakfast was really good. I had the biscuits and gravy and I was very excited that’s what was made because it’s always my favorite when we stay at a holiday inn! Definitely a fun surprise for my birthday trip.

That channel 34 wouldn’t work the entire time we stayed. It had my two favorite shows ( the office and parks and rec) playing almost the entire time but wouldn’t play for some reason, it claimed it didn’t have good signal. But just about every other channel came in fine

The staff, location, and decent breakfast.

No offense to staff but those utility workers created a hot mess throughout the establishment with red clay mud and didn’t have enough staff to cleanup. Minor room issues which staff resolved or made all attempts to accommodate us. Sicely was awesome with the best customer service by far which is so welcoming. Mikala was also very helpful.

The check-in clerk was indifferent at best. Waited about 5 minutes while she did something on the computer. She did give breakfast hours, but other than that, she was not friendly or professional. She didn't even point us to the elevator.

The USB ports on the night table were broken and not usable. The pump soap is too far from the sink.

I liked the walk-in shower. It made things easier for me being I am handicapped. And it wasn't a handicap room. The room was a great size with a lot of sitting spots.

The king size bed was a bit too hard. Ended up stiff in the morning, but liked the size of the bed and the pillows.

The lobby was so fresh and clean and modern. The staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. The food selection for breakfast was amazing. So fresh and even the coffee was good. This hotel has it all!

A few more luggage dollies would have been helpful.

Very clean. Friendly staff, easy check in/ check out. Room was clean. Dove brand soaps. Excellent breakfasts!

The television was broken. The front desk offered to move us to another room, but we were already situated in the original room. Inconvenient but not terribly upsetting. Price was a bit high for a HI.

Nothing too trivial, the elevator is pretty slow and the beds creak when turning in your sleep.

The hot water was very slow to arrive to our third floor room. There was plenty once it got hot but it took over five minutes to get above luke warm.
