The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful. I'd like to mention staff member Pam and say that her kindness and professionalism were outstanding.

I thought that $12 a day to park on the premises was a little steep/unnecessary.

On the evening of 9/27 I needed to change my reservation which was booked through Booking.com, due to Hurricane Helene, from 9/28 to 9/29. I thought this would be easy to accomplish, unfortunately I was wrong. Booking.com Customer service requires the hotel to respond to an email confirming Hilton Marietta GA would cancel my reservation with no penalty. It took 3 days for Hilton to receive the email from Booking.com. Frequent calls by me and your staff to try to rectify the situation only resulted in confusion over the process. With help of your front desk staff (Pam Wilson and Tom Woodwork) we were to finally able to get a confirmation of cancelation from Booking.com on Sunday 9/29. Thankfully your staff was very professional, considerate of our frustration with booking.com and most of all helpful in resolving the problem.

In room 414 the bathroom ceiling had paint peeling

The property was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. The front desk and the bartenders were fabulous! We enjoyed everything.

I didn’t like that they charge for parking bc the parking lot is very large and there were plenty of spaces. It’s a pricey hotel and I feel like some perks should be included for the price and parking should be one.

The hotel was clean. The staff was exceptional. I'm never going to forget the compassion they showed for my father. My father has alheizmers. He left his room in the middle of the night without my mother knowing. He got lost, and the hotel staff put him in a room to sleep until the next morning. Me and my family were so grateful. We couldn't thank them enough.

Brooke, the front desk specialist was absolutely amazing. She took care of the concerns I did have quickly. Also, the housekeeping staff (I believe the specific staff member's name starts with a "D") came into our room and cleaned the small things we noticed that made us uncomfortable.

Paying for uncovered parking was different. Since I had to pay, I would have preferred on sight security. I would have paid more for valet, but it's the little things.

The facility was beautiful, truly impressed. The bar tender was TOP notch. I forget his name but white male beard. Amazing, great convo really ontop of the restaurant. All around great experience.

Check out is at 11.. a maid was IN my room at 1030... wasn't exactly happy about that

It was quiet the staff was nice and the food and drinks were good

The iron was broken. The light in the room was flickering and no one came to change it. The ice bucket had no spoon and no bag in it. The fridge didn’t have water.

Excellent hotel near downtown. Clean, quiet and spacious room. Parking was convenient. On-site restaurant. 1.2 mile walk to downtown which has many dinning and drinking options.

Not much to complain about - bottled water in lobby canteen was marked up 200%.

The location was very convenient for my needs. The room, bed, pillows, towels, bath etc were all VERY comfortable. It was also nice that even though they posted a sign that said they would clean the room IF requested, they DID come in and straighten things up a bit each day. I was there for 3 nights. I would come back.

I think like most hotels these days, it felt like only a skeleton crew was on hand. But still they were all very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was not very inviting or designed well, just a lot of covered chaffing dishes, no decoration and very sterile and empty looking. (You know what they say, we also eat with our eyes!) I didn't eat there because it looked boring and unappetizing. Too bad because the food is probably very good.

The grounds are beautiful, the lobby is a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was delicious.

There is no laundry facility. There is a parking fee, even if you don’t park valet.
