Inexpensive compared to other surrounding hotel/motels.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt like it was 50 years old. You could feel the springs every time you moved. I went down to the front desk because the TV wasn't working and I couldn't call down because the phone wasn't working. He asked if I had a cell phone, and when I said yes, he handed me a business card with the phone # circled and said, "Call that number if you need anything." He did come up to our room and had to reset the cable box so it would work. Other than that, it was ok. It was inexpensive, so I didn't expect too much.

The young guy working at the front desk made me want to be a loyal customer for Econolodge. He was so pleasant and personable and helpful in every way. Best reception person I've ever had. He may not be there forever, but the hotel management did very well in choosing someone.

Room service was kind of late. And it only included changing the towels. Bed left unmade.

I liked the fact that the hotel was right off the highway for starters. The staff went out of their way to get me a ground floor room as requested! My room was spotless and very comfortable! And an FYI, the AC was very cold, which was awesome! Staff was very nice as well! A very nice over nighter for me, and will definately book again!

Everything was A+! Nothing to dislike!

For the price I paid, the place was a great value. We went to White Water 6 minutes away and wanted to eat and sleep before hitting the road again. We had a microwave, fridge, nice hot, bath and plenty of channels on the TV. The location was safe and super convenient for what we were there for. Close to attractions and shopping!! We felt very safe there.

The colors in the room were a bit dark. Could use some lightening up.

I didn't like to hotel, the room, or the furniture at all. Everything was old and dusty. Never again will I stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever!

property was close to a gas station which is great when getting ready to leave.

I didn’t like that house keeping kind of watched me move my belongings even though I wasn’t scheduled to check out till 12:00. it made me uneasy and I decided to leave earlier than intended.

When I travel, I expect things to work. Wifi, hot water, helpful staff...things like that. I was able to get all of those things here. I'll be staying here again whenever I'm in town.

The quietness, the comfort, and the cleanliness of the rooms and the building

Was expecting breakfast but none was served. I had my two grandbabies 5 and 3 years old with me and I had to leave out both mornings to find them food.
